I get it a fair bit
I have afib and basically my heart goes out of rhythm, it’ll be like you have just ran away from the police for a five mile run but are just sitting still, it’s scary sometimes.
I’d see the doctor if I were you, it may be just stimulants or something but just get it checked to be safe, I was prescribed beta blockers but I’m not keen on using them.Pain then glory

Number one rule is no discussion on sources, we talk about different meds and labs but sourcing can be done easy enough world wide via internet.

Mate sometimes I can eat like a horse on it but last run I could barely eat after week 6-7. Odd one.

I make a tincture at 2000mg/30ml and a 3000mg/30ml
I find it very useful after a breakdown last year, I dose it high myself at 200mg a time as and when, I might use 1000mg a day if required.
It’s often misunderstood and where people tend to go wrong is what to expect from it. Sometimes it’s very subtle and others it has a big impact.
I think some expect cbd to come in like a benzo type effect but it just doesn’t.
For me it has helped to manage stress and my overall mindset, rather than do the work for you as such, I feel it assists you more so than takes over as such.
I use rso also and put it into chocolate and fudge, not to abuse but to medicate and o find it very helpful.
Not for everyone for sure.

Also learning about which foods are making you so bloated. Some of those foods may still be ok but consider how much you eat of them and when you eat them.

For me I’m thinking I’d undo much of the shit I experienced in my first year or two on anabolics.
Scope of works would be to keep meds low, dry and steady for 16-20 weeks.I can’t comment on short cycles and pct as I blast cruise but here we go:-
Weeks1-8
50mg Anavar split dose am/pm
100mg test e e3d
Aromasin 12.5mg e3dFor me this has The increased anabolism of testosterone steadily building as the Var slowly progresses strength and performance from week2 onwards with the added addition of keeping water retention to a minimum and cycling carbs around output.
Food to be the main denominator with regards to building mass, cals increase inline with training program which is to progress log book each session.
For me programming is essential and this is to include a deload at 6 weeks and overreaching at week 10-12 before another deload.
Last run of 6-8 weeks into a deficit/tidy up before cruising with potentially running anavar again.
One could potentially up test to 130-150mg e3d from week 8 depending on progress.
4-8 week cruise depending on health markers.
That would be me at least, keep water to a minimum and gains steady and slow, no fast weight gain and aromatising issues, focusing on quality and main emphasis on strength progression and food intake.Pain then glory

Perhaps look at electrolytes and sodium intake? Not saying this is it but maybe worth trying some electrolyte tabs in your water earlier in the day? Just a thought…

These guys have hit the nail on the head here, it is a great compound if you can find a groove with it but it is a pain, it stinks the house out and is rather fussy to prepare for injection. However if you can get over this and find a decent lab version then it’s a very interesting compound to run. I tried several approaches, 400mg ew and 700mg ew but actually for me somewhere in between worked very well.
Only notable sides were slight sleep disturbances at higher dose but not so much at low to moderate dose. Mad sweats from it’s thermogenic effects when digesting carbs but that’s about it.
When she is up and running ie 4-5 weeks in I found it to be fantastic in a deficit, good nitrogen retention, awesome pumps, decent strength progression etc.
One sketchy detail I found was coming off a long cycle, difficult to explain but I felt rather odd for a week or two.
Most likely Primo/mast will get you up there but if funds are an issue then dhb test 1 is worth trying imo.Pain then glory
