haven’t tried Saw Palmetto or finasteride…. I’m worried about the sexual side of finasteride.

What do you think about dropping the test to 300mg but adding in 300mg of EQ and keeping Proviron at 25mg?

Yea I think what your saying is correct in regards to progressive overload as being the base of a program.

I just did two workouts using Milos style giant sets and I’m beyond worn down. I just took 3 days off bc my body was so run down after just two workouts, so i can’t see my self making gains with such little recovery.

My arms a weak point for me, and for the first time in a long time i was able to really get my arms sore by using his giant sets. I think I’m going to use them on Arms for the next month and see what happens. hoping that since arms are small and not as taxing, i won’t over train or under recover.

Interesting…. I have always ran double test to any other compound. I was always worried about getting negative sexual side effects with low test.

Maybe this is something I have to try Bc I bloat easily and get elevated levels of estrogen very easily.

How do u combat deca dick ? Just keep estrogen in chocolate from the start ?
