Thanks, ive read your intire log from 2020 to now, and it looks like you fix injuries whilst cutting weight? Ive really want to cut down atm but i stay at maintane because this injury seems impossible to heal, i stopped doing pump work for it now an will just rest it a couple weeks😅 its worse than ut was 5 months ago, but its bevause if re tearing alot.. i see that isometric holds is safer? Idk, but the food is the main question here(and its a muscle belly tear)

Thanks, i do feeders sets before the working set always after the injury in my pec that i posted about. I searched the term feeder set and got plenty of videos up about feeder wokouts, is there anything to this? I guess it could mess with recovery? But its just to pump up some muscles more often than only hitting them hard, rich piana made this popular.

@Jordan_peters ive saw how you treat injuries with pump work ED, can i start this when the injury still hurts when i lift things at work etc? And does this apply for a tear where there is a hole in the muscle?

Will what jordan said apply if i had a tear that made a hole in the muscle also? Like 1×2 cm, but inner pec. I did not have brusing tho, but its still a «painfull» hole 4 months later, the nuscle is attached still but its a hefty hole just from the inner pec, ive re torn in many times so i guess that would be better than trying to work around it, because its so weak that even when i did ez bar curls i ended up making the hole come back full scale after it had grown a bit. (Ive also made my own post where i explained more) but i guess you will get notified here bevause of your comments mabye
