Ive been prescribed MOTS-C by my endocrinologist @5mg per week. I take it first thing in the Morning and def started feeling more energetic and better focus.
But you need to make sure to take care of your environment, otherwise you won’t see the full benefit
I’m here in the UAE, using a new source – so hopefully it’s real not just placebo effect. But I’m sure if you’re in Europe or the UK there are a few trustworthy sources

I just looked back and I posted the wrong training diet , the correct one has slightly more carbs
160g Jasmine rice , 220g keta salmon
100g Jasmine rice , 2 scoops iso pro
120g pf + 2 scoops mps max
220g Jasmine + 2 iso pro
150g jasmine + 220g keta salmon
150g jasmine + 200g fillet
2 scoops whey

The next is TBJP USA which will be back but the absolute full line , we just agreed our partner in that today and i am so fucking excited for it , literally the most I have ever been about the brand so far , as we flopped the USA first time round . This time it’s diff it’s going to be the full line , including all clothing , and entirely run in house by us . We will have a date on that asap

Depends on the dosage. If you’re taking 250mcg then take it am pre fasted
500mcg I would’ split 250mcg pre fasted and pre training
At the end of day, try both see what you like . You might want to do 500mcg pre fasted cardio and move on with your day.
