Rest day today started well with breakfast out with cal and dom. my fav place where I can tailor my food exact to my plan. So I love it. Then home for work and cardio then off to look at some cars as we’re fed up with this shit rental now.
Calories dropped as my body is just not changing so 600kcal off a training day now so should get things going. Need a minimum of a kg a week from here no messing. Might push on clen too. Will grab some peptides also to help

Anavar aside if he’s eating more and doing less and he’s in a hole that’s likely why his weight has gone up..
That’s what I said. he went from 1hr cardio and eating less than 2000kcals + 15k/17k steps.. to v little cardio, 2500kcals on TD and around 10k steps… he thinks it’s the anavar bexcause his weight shot up by 5lbs in a week.,

Put them in checked in luggage. Have done that many times, no issues.
You can’t buy in pharmacies, whoever tells you it’s legal; they don’t know shit…. And you def don’t want to get in trouble with the law there.

Resistance band around the dumbbell and slide in a plate to add weight. Eg: exmaolle 2.5kgs plate on a 50kgs dumbbell from the outside. In case the plate falls off, it doesn’t crush your teeth

Gyms in london suck! Best would be muscleworks Bethnal Green. The rest are outside of london (Greater London), you will need a train to get there.
