Hey guys, 2 high days for today and tomorrow to bring me back round. Woke up this morning inflamed and shit. Fatigue has crept in high so today will lower steps and run with a high day. Then we re asses tomorrow.

Hey guys. Sorry for the silence. I just keep falling asleep every evening really early. I’m just doing a lot and it’s smashing me. I fly to Spain Wednesday for the empro classic. Which is Sunday. I’ve dropped 4KG in the last 2 weeks and I’m really feeling close to being ready now. And hopefully bringing my best package to date. Training delts today so big prepare and Jp pump will be going in and I’ll be going at it hard. I’ve added some ephedrine for some energy at 3 points in my day and it’s really helping pick me up.

As an advice, if you are new to trading stay away from tech.Read book, start with Benjamin Graham’s “The Intelligent Investor” then read “The little book of common sense investing”. These two are great for beginners
