    If you are only looking to emulate your coach’s physique, then Owen Powell is someone to look at.
    Again Jamie is v gd when it comes to diet and training (he will give you a split and gives you the freedom to chose the exercises). When it comes to health supps and bloodworm, you should do your own work and tbh I’ve learned a lot from the guy here when it comes to keeping your health in check.

    Indeed! Ended up getting a message from DHL saying my order will be shipped tomorrow. Didn’t get the email from Supp Needs but the message was more than enough

    Cardiff sport nutrition is where I get mine from. Also you can get it from AD UK website.
