I suspect there’s around 9-10 exercises per session then?
You could look to do a few things…
Look to do 7-8 movements per session, whatever you “miss” in one session start with in your next and aim across the week to do the same amount of sets per each body part – so it’s split evenly across the week rather than focusing on session session…I hope that makes senseOr even look into how long are your rest times, especially isolations, can we just work a bit quicker.
I could like do a full body session in 1hour / 1hour15mins if i worked quicker. Might that impact recovery set to set for the first while , sure, but we don’t all have hours to spend in the gym, so have to find a way to work
With the FB EOD program, there’s 13 exercises mentioned on the YouTube video.
7-8 movements would be ideal, especially going to the gym at busy times.
Do you have any recommendations on what I can cut out?
Thanks!

Hi Mohammed,
Just for clarity, you’re not restricted on number of days you can train, but your training window itself is? Is that right?
Thanks for the reply! Yes, it is just the training window

Thanks for the great replies!
With higher rep work, can this be done in a rest-pause style to hit 25 reps? If so, should I log only my reps before I take a few seconds rest.
