    Hey Jordan!

    Right now im dieting and using a preworkout shake that i drink 10-15min before starting the weight session. The preworkout consists of.
    20grams EAA, 10grams glutamine, 5grams creatine, 5grams beta alanine, 5grams taurine, 5grams citruline malate and 250mg caffine
    So my question is. Would i benefit more from drinking this as a intra shake and start sipping on it 15mins prior to the weight session and drinking it throughout my training instead of drinking it all before the session?
