I work 12 hour shifts days and nights but I have been following a
Push
Pull
Rest
Legs
RestFor the last few months and I find it the most ideal and optimal for recovery and performance
I normally run the same as this and I also work 12 hour shifts. Can’t see why the shift pattern would affect anything, just train after work or before.

I’m glad i’m not the only one who suffers from this

I’m no expert and Drdean would explain it better, but it,s a antioxidant which can assist with heart health, reduce blood pressure, reduce lipid peroxidation, help with fatigue.
Id deffo say its worth taking if on a cycle, STROM SPORTS SUPPORTMAX includes it so you might want to look at that.

I tend to just count everything as I find it easier. I don’t think it really matters to be honest as long as your consistent in the method you use and track your progress etc

Could be alot of things so best getting it checked, but both Liver and Gallbladder issues can cause yellow stools

Hack squats or pendulum for me bud
Sadly my main gym doesn’t have a pendulum and the Hack squat we have is awful it kills my knees, but hopefully he is investing soon. I do opt for the Hack squat if i’m training in other gyms.

You cant really go wrong with Bulkpowders IMO

i’ve always found the hoodie is more for focus mate, it helps people block out the outside world and just crack on.

I’ve always found training twice a day has more to do with the addiction of being in the gym and overthinking then actual results.

Its just another way of dropping calories, there’s nothing particularly special about it and its just Keto. 60% fat, 35% protein, 5% carbs then a refeed on the weekend of 30% fat, 10% protein, and 60% carbs. I think if you struggle to calorie count and need strict guidance then yeah its fine and can work wonders but it won’t produce any better results then a balanced diet and it can lead to bad eating habits, I know guys who would just eat bacon, butter etc all week, then go stupid on weekends eating cake.
I’ve followed it in the past along with the Dave Palumbo diet (very similar but stricter and healthier food options) got decent results, but found it to demanding on my lifestyle and its a bit of a gimmick.

Craig what is it you prefer about it? What’s the crossover on the proceeding/preceding day like? Limiting performance-wise or negligible?
Matt, thanks, 4 / 8 -day split i assume?
On chest and bicep day I get a great pump, biceps feel completely fresh so I can push hard on bi’s wheres training after back is a massive struggle, I just find its a really enjoyable workout and you get to pull that great side bicep pose after :). I love training back on its own and as its such a large muscle group I think it warrants the attention.
Never really had any performance issues but I run it quite low volume.
I used to run it
Chest\Bicep
Back
Off
Delt\Tri
Legs
Offor sometimes if recovery was good id run 3 to 4 days on before taking a break. I liked Dorian Yates set-up exercise wise, JP has an article on here as well which is a pretty good set up IMO. Its one of my go to routines and one I always enjoying doing.
