Your probably get a 100 different answers on this as diet is a very individual thing.
Personally I’m in the CICO,” for calories-in, calories-out” group.
Workout your maintenance calories and start to cut from there.
Personally I shot for around 1.25-1.5 grams protein per lb BW when cutting and 0.4-0.5 grams fat
Everything else goes to carbs.

TB500 is normally taken at 2.5mg twice a week I believe although I’ve heard of people loading with 10mg in the first few weeks.
Only used it once but the cost was far too high for me to continue treatment

Sorry I didn’t include the HCG so I did 3 weeks HCG and I’m 3 weeks into SERM so all in all it would be 9 weeks.
Yeah agreed it’s not ideal , only reason I was thinking of getting back on is due to the injury and wanting to get back on track as I haven’t trained probably for a few months now but I’m hoping after some cortisone injections it might start to heal up

Only ran test 400 pinning once a week for 14 weeks so nothing major.
I’m using the Power PCT protocol, been on PCT for 3 weeks now. Was planning on maybe getting bloods done after 6 weeks
