    Yeah doing 150mg mon and thur of the NPP but I meant mixing the test e, npp and mast in one syringe so a 3ml shot

    Managed to pick-up some Mast-e.
    Is pinning 3ml in one shot to much or do you think that would be safe.

    Only ever pinned 1.5ml in one shot

    Weighted crunches legs on bench
    Machine Crunches
    Cable Crunches
    Weighted leg raises
    Cable leg raises
    Hanging knee raises weighted
    Saxon Bends
    Side bends
    Russian twists
    Hitting 2-3 sets 10-12 reps

    Pretty much anything you can add weight too

    Your probably get a 100 different answers on this as diet is a very individual thing.

    Personally I’m in the CICO,” for calories-in, calories-out” group.

    Workout your maintenance calories and start to cut from there.

    Personally I shot for around 1.25-1.5 grams protein per lb BW when cutting and 0.4-0.5 grams fat

    Everything else goes to carbs.

    High bar Squat and yeah started using a wedge and it’s a lot better , maybe try stinking with it for a while

    TB500 is normally taken at 2.5mg twice a week I believe although I’ve heard of people loading with 10mg in the first few weeks.

    Only used it once but the cost was far too high for me to continue treatment

    Just started to incorporate Smith squats as they work well with fortitude training due to equipment set up.

    It’s stupid I always feel guilty not doing squats, it’s like the one exercise everyone feels you should do

    Sorry I didn’t include the HCG so I did 3 weeks HCG and I’m 3 weeks into SERM so all in all it would be 9 weeks.

    Yeah agreed it’s not ideal , only reason I was thinking of getting back on is due to the injury and wanting to get back on track as I haven’t trained probably for a few months now but I’m hoping after some cortisone injections it might start to heal up

    Only ran test 400 pinning once a week for 14 weeks so nothing major.

    I’m using the Power PCT protocol, been on PCT for 3 weeks now. Was planning on maybe getting bloods done after 6 weeks
