    Question on BPC 157 dosages .

    I have 5mg of BPC and 2ml back water and I’m thinking of pinning twice a day at 250mcg .

    My insulin pin is 1ml, so would I need to draw to 5 marks on the pin to make up 250mcg

    3000Kcal is pretty low for someone sitting at 200lbs but I’m guessing JP is starting you off at maintenance calories?

    On rest days I tend to just drop carbs from my post workout meal or if I’m having a particular inactive day I’ll drop down to 1 carb meal

    I’ve used Keto in the past, I lost fat quick and was extremely lean but when I look back I looked gaunt and flat and was constantly moody.

    Think my macros were something like 60p/30f/10 C

    These days I just don’t see the point of Keto unless you react bad to carbs. Why be miserable and restrict yourself so much?

    Just eat a balanced diet but keep in a calorie deficit

    Good to hear I find Decline really comfy and a lot less stress on my delts.

    Still try to prioritise incline but use Incline DB press, Smith and Hammerstrength as I just can’t get on with the incline bench at the gym

    That much HCG? Shit that’s a lot so for 20 days we are talking 10 shots, my HCG is 5000ui with 1ml bac water at £25 so you would be talking £125 on HCG! Surely that can’t be right

    Lifts are progressively getting better and I’ve gained 20lbs, I know that’s not a lot but it’s pretty solid muscle gain and Abs still very visible.

    I figure at only 400mg it should be easier to recover as long as PCT is good? I’m also running HCG one injection a week .

    I figure if I stay on another 6 weeks and increase Cals I can add another 15lbs which I would be pretty happy with. the Health factor is my main worry

    Cheers I’ve been doing x2 sets the second set at 10% less so good to hear , do you think set up is ok with enough exercises

    6 tablets a day, the recommended dose is 2-3 tablets 3 times a day so I just go by that
