    Never had issues on EQ, i’d drop the EQ and see if you still get the rash it could be a dodgy batch

    There’s not going to be any benefits from training fasted. Are you struggling to fit a meal in before training? If so I’d opt for a higher carb meal before you go to bed and then a intra workout whilst training.

    think of it from this point of view also … if we had never read that would it happen ? – ignorance is bliss sometimes

    if i hear a problem i feel better knowing theres a solution … so even if you said its highly unlikely this will happen, and there will be ways to reverse it then we wont be pysching ourselves out so much – especially when sex involves so much psychology and youve just given everyone anxiety haha

    the way i took it it was … people who take androgens (majority of us) will suffer from asih and theres nothing you can do when you have- your rendered useless

    how could that not scare the f out of everyone reading it ?

    anyways, can hcg help correct it or help if this occurs ? there has to be some plan of action if you know of this ? why research problems and not solutions?

    Its not others jobs to come up with solutions, you should research and know the risks of AAS abuse before making that leap. Its not like your walking into a doctors and being prescribed it by a professional, you are knowingly putting it in your body yourself because you want to reap the benefits so should be aware it might come at a price.

    You wouldn’t go out a do a few lines and then be like fuck my dealer didn’t tell me this might be bad for me that’s not fair, or buy pint and then complain to the barmen you didn’t realise it could cause liver damage.

    I think most will tell you its will be down to blood-work mate, the purpose of a cruise it to get your bloodwork values back within range. The dosage will be an individual thing, again bloodwork can determine what a TRT dosage would be

    A small amount of fat is essential, but you don’t need to get it from oils. Personally I don’t like to drop below 20% of my macros coming from fats, but I vary my fat sources and prefer to get my fats from fulfilling foods.

    Avocado
    Olives
    Nuts and seeds
    oily fish
    eggs
    Dark Choc
    cheese
    yogurt

    But sometimes adding coconut oil to certain meals is lovely or olive oil to a salad.

    Some people fare better on higher carbs and some prefer higher fats, I find I get along much better and feel more energetic with higher fats.

    If it was me I would add some arm work to the lower days. So you are performing a Limbs and Upper style workout.

    Would be easier to advise if you posted full routine.
