    id say water weight. Also 250mg is pretty high for a cruise if your blasting on 600mg

    My go to are

    Oats, whey and peanut butter
    Icelandic Yogurt or Quark with peanut butter or nuts and sweetener
    Beef Jerky
    Whey shake and peanut butter

    As above 1500kcal at the start of a diet weighing 200lbs!?

    When starting a diet phase I tend to just cut back 300 calories weekly from my current diet until I start losing weight.

    I work 12 hour shifts days and nights and pretty much do what Hilly has mentioned above. I am currently dieting and I follow the below protocol

    Day shift
    0600 – protein/fat meal
    1000- protein/fat meal
    1330- protein/fat meal
    1630-protein fat meal
    1930- (Pre workout)- Protein/ Carb/small amount of fat
    2230- (Post workout) protien/ high carb

    Night shift
    1400 -(Pre workout)- Protein/ Carb/small amount of fat
    1800- (Post workout) protien/ high carb
    2100- protein/fat meal
    0000- protein fat meal
    0330- protein fat meal
    0630- protein fat meal

    When coming of nights into rest day
    As above then ill fast until 1400 and have another 2-3 meals after that all protein\fat this is always a rest day from the gym for me.

    Id suggest seeing a doc and getting a ultrasound to determine exactly what is wrong, I suffered shoulder pain for a long time and it ended up being Bursitis
