Its my fav place to pin, 3 fingers above and a little right of the nipple. I have used both blue and orange with no drama.

JP has an article on a chest & back / shoulders & arms / legs. Which is 6 days a week and low volume.

When starting a diet phase I tend to just cut back 300 calories weekly from my current diet until I start losing weight.

I work 12 hour shifts days and nights and pretty much do what Hilly has mentioned above. I am currently dieting and I follow the below protocol
Day shift
0600 – protein/fat meal
1000- protein/fat meal
1330- protein/fat meal
1630-protein fat meal
1930- (Pre workout)- Protein/ Carb/small amount of fat
2230- (Post workout) protien/ high carbNight shift
1400 -(Pre workout)- Protein/ Carb/small amount of fat
1800- (Post workout) protien/ high carb
2100- protein/fat meal
0000- protein fat meal
0330- protein fat meal
0630- protein fat mealWhen coming of nights into rest day
As above then ill fast until 1400 and have another 2-3 meals after that all protein\fat this is always a rest day from the gym for me. -
