Possible lactose intolerance, as above try Beef Isolate or Pea protein, Soy Protein, Vegan Protein, Hemp Protein plenty lactose free alternatives.

Could be down to lot of different issues, as above dehydration or electrolytes, could be strain and tension in the muscles of the neck, could be that you aren’t breathing correctly during exercise.

How do you guys approach diet on a cruise?
Monitor and adjust, Personally I don’t make any dramatic changes to diet or training. I keep things the same then monitor progress and adjust where needed.

No expert but sounds like your blood sugar levels dropped, had you been drinking the night before or are you taking any medication? I’ve had it a few times normally after a hard workout and then not eating enough after.
I had it bad a few months back, had a heavy session then had to get a train to London but didn’t eat anything substantial, was sat on the underground sweating and shaking it was fucking awful.

Any tips to get around this, i’ve used Taurine before on Clen to reduce this would it have the same effect?
Yep taurine should help the issue, along with stretching.

Pretty sure most will say limit fat Postworkout but from all the research I’ve read it wont make a huge difference as long as you aren’t having huge amounts.

Same as above ill go through 1-2 steaks a day sometimes when cutting, but I opt for Flank Steak.
