I won’t normally do more then two days on before having a rest day or day for cardio and abs, if your training hard it soon catches up with you.

Can’t see any issues with it at all, IFFYM it’s fine IMO
I change my carb sources all the time , pasta, rice, potato, sweet potato , pancakes, quinoa, couscous, oats. I just keep an eye on my energy levels

I tried tren quite a few years back loved the feeling of being on great strength, looked awesome, felt amazing at first . But I was pretty clueless and I ran tren e & test e at 500mg and the sides got awful.
Which is why I’m thinking of tren A so I can get it out my system quickly, I’m wanting something makes me feel like superman and gets my libido sky high.
I know high tren low test has less sides but what’s it like on the libido

I used to do a triple dropeset aiming for 8-12 reps first set, probably goes against what others would advise but i never got along with RP on lateral raises. Although I have used muscle rounds if using a machine or doing one armed laterals, which worked well for me.

Is there much difference in using Tren Ace compared to Tren E or is it just in case of bad sides? Just seems easier to use Tren E with Test E and pin twice a week

I would always performed side delts after my front delt work . I always found my rear delts got enough stimulation from back work, but couldnt see the harm in adding a set after your back exercises.

Personally Id say do the cardio you enjoy, just keep an eye on if you are getting leaner and is recovery ok.

Sounds like the famous weightlifters headache, have you lifted since and has it come back?
I remember having something similar and it happened everytime I tried to perform certain exercises, I had to take a week off in the end.
