Easy enough to get DMAA in UK.
Pretty sure Total War doesn’t have DMAA in it it has DMHA (similar but not banned) is listed as 2-aminoisoheptane

I’m currently using Dust Extreme by Blackstone Labs it’s pretty strong for most and contains DMAA, I either use that or Wicked by Innovative Labs. I mix them with Purus Labs Noxygen

I do one heavy weighted session (2×10-12 reps 3-4 exercises) and one bodyweight or light weights session a a week (2-3×20-30 reps 4-5 exercises) it could all be in my head but I find this helps build thickness and shape.

Im doing a 4 day split, chest\bi, Back, delt\tri, legs then I take a day off and do Upper Muscle Rounds then Lower muscle rounds the next day, works great for me. Do’t see why you couldn’t do this for Push\Pull\Legs.

Never been an issue for me, on nights I get up at 1400 eat, then train and start work at 19:00 finish at 0700. If working days I just go when im finished work. Yea it’s mentally hard to motivate yourself, but I find once you start lifting you soon perk up. I tend to just base training around how im feeling and take days off when I need them. Have done upper/lower, push/pull/legs, 4 days split, Fortitude, DC without issue.

Always rated weighted incline reverse crunches. Never been a fan of leg raises as it’s to easy to cheat

I tend to count everything just find it easier that way. I don’t tend to do the whole intra meal either just have a pre workout and post workout meal.

Breakfast
Eggs, chicken sausage omeletteSnack

I thought that the whole T3 shutting down your thyroid was disproven, I remember reading a study where that shows a group of patients that where misdiagnosed with thyroid medication for 3yrs all were taken off T3 and all returned to normal within 6 months.

I like a mixture, ill dedicate one session to weighted 10-12 reps and one session to BW 20-25 reps. Personally I feel this builds a good combo of thickness and shape

Two options clear your head, put on some banging rock and leave everything outside the gym that isn’t related to the workout.
Or use the emotion and frustration and put it towards the workout.
I’ve been there it sucks but I used it to get even better
