I really see no logic behind adding the AI in and have never seen any one do this.
Having only just recently played with test base/suspension I must say I have become a fan – my strength and focus is better when used it seems- my metabolism also seems to increase from its use.
How much this elicits to new growth however could be greatly debated but I am defo seeing a performance benefit from it -especially in prep were I would of never normally considered its use and am doing so simply as its what my coach advised.
Jordan is without a doubt correct – bringing up weak body parts is nothing to do with drug use and all to do with training.
Thank you sir!

agreed so much with Kuba, zero sense
bringing up weak parts has fuck all to do with drugs and down to exercise selection and execution , and effort
Thank you GOAT!

I see literally 0 logic behind it, test is test. It won’t instantly increase performance. Then throwing an ai on top of the test again makes no sense, whole point of using test is to keep estro in healthy spot ( higher in the offseason )
It isn’t about safer use or not safer use, it’s more of a case of this works and this just does nothing.
Test no ester pre…. Does nothing
Thank you Kuba!

i have seen were people take it with the post post meal and i can see the logic behind it.
I would say it really debates on were you are dosing pre workout and how long your workout is.
If you only train for 60-90 minutes and you take it 15 minutes pre then I would say there is good argument to take it with a post post meal if the initial meal PWO is super fast acting.
for example.
Pre slin 15 minutes
Train 75-90 minutes and then smash a meal in gym –
Then eat again 60 minutes later. Now if you tend to train 120 minutes and take the pre slin 30 minutes which is more common I find then taking it with that post workout meal would make more sense.
Thank you Hilly! Much appreciated as always.

Half life is up to 5 hours but it is not the active half life, it won’t be doing much if anything after the 90 minutes from administration of short insulin.
It’s just like any other drug the actual half life is far less than the total.
Thank you for your detailed reply sir!

Hi, i cant see the bloods.
However as the Pct is ran through doctors advice I would consult with him given the other issues going on buddy honestly.
Hi, I actually attached the photo but somehow it doesnt appear. It can be seen on desktop but not on mobile phone. However, I’ll post again. I had to do pct by myself due to hidradenitis medication as you remember I actually told entire story behind the scenes. The doc said just come off for medication but doesnt take any responsibility because peds are not legal in my country. Therefore, I tried to do my best. Thank you for your reply!

Hi sir, its me again. I am really sorry if I bother you. I want to ask one more question. My progesterone levels are very high. How do I manage properly this issue without using any drugs? I know its person dependant, it relies on genetic and environment factors, stress management etc. but how long should I wait for normal testosterone ranges? It takes approximately 6-8 months i guess but how much time is too much and when should I consider trt if it needed? I approximately check my bloods every 8 to 10 weeks range. Thank you sir!

If I have to create a new title for bloodwork advise, I can delete the last comment and create the title again. I am so sorry if I did wrong thing.

the problem is buddy that we don’t understand the disease so we cant ever say to you what you should do, all i know is i wouldnt give up on something i love. if its possible to seek private medical care, i would do that, as they will understand the need to balance your goals and your health
thank you again boss! As I mentioned above, I had to come off completely and did a pct protocol according to doctor’s advice. I used total 10,000IUs of hcg(1000IUs EOD), 40mg tamoxifen (AM/PM) and 100mg clomid (AM/PM) for total 4 weeks. I will attach my bloodwork after 8 weeks of pct. I am in shock because FSH and LH were not that low even on cycle. Secondly, I am very frustrated about my total testosterone levels which is 109ng/dL. Last but not the least, my progesterone levels are very high. How do I manage properly this issue without using any drugs? I know its person dependant, it relies on genetic and environment factors, stress management etc. but how long should I wait for normal testosterone ranges? Should I consider trt but i know anectodally I really suffered while I was on trt (125mg test E per week for crusing). endocrinologist just said come off but didnt take responsibility for managing these problems. I did my own pct and tried to do the best. I am waiting your thoughts! Thank you everyone!

I am really frustrated for the third time because I damaged my body permanently I mean lots of wounds. We finished humira medication after second time I try to bodybuilding competition because it didnt respond anymore. We have been trying another drug for medication, its more potent than humira but suprisingly i didnt respond very well again. Medication stall right now, my body is blooding. I am in shock and depressed. I am lost mentally and dont know what to do next. All I just saying is I want to die rather than living like this.

Hi every one, its me again. I forget to mention something. I tried to do 2 cycles before i wrote to here. Even on very low doses something like 250 mg test E and 100 mg primobolan, hidradenitis still hit me very hard. My body is constantly blooding up to bottom, from left to right. Then, I try to cruise on 125 mg test E but nothing changed. After this, humira medication make me a little bit good then I tried second time but the result was the same. My back, chest, armpits, legs and thighs are constantly blooding literally non stop. Medication doesnt respond very well and I had to come off and did pct according to my doctors order. Does anyone help me coaching wise? I am really suffering both mentally and physically

Im with J here 100% – never let any one tell you that you cant do what you love to do. That is a road for a very unhappy life and some mental health issues for sure for most over time.
it just means you are going to have to put more work in to overcome these measures and find what you can do and what you cant.
it will be a slow process and patience will be key but as the saying goes usually were there is a will there is a way.
Finding the right doctor/doctors IMO that are ver educated in this field and also understanding to your case personally and want to live a certain life style IMO would be key.
then potentially finding a coach that is willing to adapt everything to what works best for you and understand that it will be a slow journey that has to be worked between yourself, the doctor advice and them.
Stay positive and learn as much as you can about your body and what it responds to and what this situation means completely for you.
Thank you sir

sadly buddy no coach will take responsibility, it will you have to be you , who makes the decisions.
If i was you, i would stay on a trt dose that has me at the upper end for testosterone , for a few months and see how i felt with the new medication and how my blood work was and what the doctors thought of my inflammatory markers. This would be my first step.
Thank you boss!
