Thanks for your return sir, I saw this a few minutes ago i am sorry for being late. If I am not bothering you i want to ask one more thing. If I remember corretcly you worked with @bossoufoutlaw in the past. What was the reason you dropped your coach? I assume Mr.Stefan Kienzl’s thoughts are very different from yours especially drug use. I am just wondering I wanted to ask this when the time was right but i had to cancel my old membership. Again, if it is something special I am sorry. God bless!
Hi mustafa
His protocols are just not the same as mine, he is an amazing coach but we differ a lot when it comes to ped deployment and training was always designed and ran by Jordan with my input so I moved on when I couldn’t follow what was proposed. Stefán is an incredible person I love him.
Thank you so much sir, I hope ı didnt get you angry. If so, please forgive me! I Love you so much, big fan of you Kuba.

Hi joe, what is the reason behind you start telmisartan 80mg instead of 40? Plus, do you take all 80mg first thing in the morning? For a rebound phase, do you think that it is best way to drop tren and all orals generally speaking ox and wins and push the same dosage lets say test p,mast p and primo? thank you.

Hi Nathan, its me again. I am wondering something about your pre contest cycle escalation. We know that minimum effective dose of testosterone without considering its ester is 300mg, primobolan is 600 mg and masteron might be around 400 mg.
1-What is the reason behind your thought process starting 500 test p, 800 primbolan and 200 mast p?
2-When do you drop your long acting basal insulin which in case here lantus? (Do you think that carbs should be around roughly +500gram minimum when we decide to jump into lantus?)
3-I know cal is a big believer of peri-workout supplementation and because of this reason he probably keep novorapid pre and post as much as possible but what is the best time drop fast acting insulin and does using both long and fast acting insulin very long time cause insulin resistance when we drop out?
4-I know you are chasing your pro card, in regards to this from 10mg/kg up to 20mg/kg or may be 25mg/kg worth risk to reward ratio?
Thank you time and effort!

Hi sir, its me again. Another Q from me:
1-Let’s say we take 25mcg T4 along with 12.5mcg T3, 40mcg clenbuterol first thing in the morning pre cardio session. Do we have to avoid T4 while consuming caffeine? Is there any related mechanism between T4 and caffeine? Lets say we use 50mcg T3 and 100mcg T4, is it better to split them AM/PM and take as fasted as possible in the afternood period? Thanks again!

Hey Nathan! Another Q from me:
-How do you structure your ped escalation with Calum Raistrick? Is it oto-regulation that based on your look, appetiate, recovery, perfomance etc or pre-planned? I remembered something very similar androgen escalation format on Cal’s log where we go up primo 100-200mg with 50-100mg test per lets say 4-6 weeks? I am very impressed your progression mate, i hope you will get that card soon. Cheers!

Hi Nathan, how are you? I hope you are doing well. I am catching up your log lately. I didn’t realize which is my fault. If it is possible, I wanna ask a few question about your supplement stack just because of education purposes. Here we go
1-We know that effective dosing range of HGH for males is 2-6 IU. If you want to bump up your intake how would you structure? Still am and pm 3iu or 2 iu 3 times per day? If second one is yes, how you combine with your fast acting insulin?
2-I saw you use injectable l-carnitine from your off-season into prep. In off-season, what is the main reason of this compound? Did you want to use its lipolytic effect?
3-As I said earlier, I am catching up your log lately I am sorry again. You used T4 at replacement therapy dosage in your off season? What was your thought process plus can we take t4 first thing in the morning with caffeine? I saw a post from PC site and they dont suggest that but I dont find any study about that topic yet.
4-If we decide to take lantus and gh like you do, how do you timeline their pinning because we know that they have antogonist effect on another, should we split shots 1.5-2hrs first gh and then lantus? Given ex. Take gh after that do your fasted cardio take a shower and take lantus with your first meal which obviously contain carbs as well.
5-The last but not the least, what is the purpose behind usage exogenous insulin (lantus and novorapid) in prep while we have good insulin sensivity due to high energy expenditure via formal cardio and/or steps and caloric deficit.
As I said before just educational purposes, I am sorry if I take your time and effort massively!
Cheers.
Hey buddy anytime no problems at all,
So I have stuck to 4iu GH split AM/PM for the last 18 months. I don’t see any need currently to increase this dosage. Neither does Cal….I went to 6 for my pec year recovery and the negative impact it had on me feeling very lethargic was apparent so I dipped back to 4iu which is where I will remain. Unless cal instructs otherwise.
L carnitine has many other benefits not just a lipolytic effects in a deficit so my thought process was it will help mobilise free fatty acids and utilise these during my push up. Which help me stay leaner in the off season. Improved energy, I felt less fatigued and increased energy although at my heaviest weight ever by a long way. It’s also been shown to help with and increase in lean muscle mass amongst others.
When using GH this impacts the secretion on T4 which therefor has an impact on free thyroxine and rT3 concentration so it’s there simply for replacement measure it you should always go off bloodwork. My latest bloods suggest I should probably go a touch higher than 100mcg next off season at around 1.6mcg per Kg which is what is used at clinical dosage. But during a prep phase when exogenous T3 is being utilised there isn’t really a need for the use of T4 only at replacement levels.
The use of insulin is still in play because Calum feels this hasn’t slowed down fat loss at all. We are still having a good amount of peri workout carbohydrates and we are shuttling nutrients nicely around the workout perimeter. So until cal pulls it. It stays in!
I take my gh fasted at around 5am I use lantus around 8:30-8:45 with meal 1
After 30 mins cardio and approx 4-5k steps
Hope this helps bud
Thank you so much sir, I hope your prep is going well. Cheers!

Hey bud
If priority is top line and arms I would go with
Push
Pull
Off
Chest arms
Legs
Off
RepeatThe volume is very person dependent so you’ll have to figure this out based of your recovery. If you train super hard I can’t see why it wouldn’t be optimal. If you aren’t making progress it likely isn’t so here is where you have to just asses
Thank you so much sir, I promise you one day I will be in your team. When I remembered you replied my private message on IG, I cant fall asleep at night due to happiness. You are the only guy I look up to while pursuing my dreams. You are more than a role model for me different aspects of life coaching, business, being a ifbb pro and goes on…. Have a nice day!

Hi Kuba, its me again. If it is possible, I want to ask another question. I’m a mens physique competitor currently 7weeks out from first national show which is IFBB Turkey Championship unfortunately not NPC federation. However, I set my off season a head of the schedule. My priority is top line (chest/delts/arms). Here is the split that I want to run, can you give me a piece of advice? If you want current photos for judgement please let me know I will attach in later post. The last but not the least because of you are my role model, i mimic you in every aspect beard, tattoo all that stuff… just joking. Love you!

LEGS
Lying hams (ı have no acsess to good seated hams machine)

Adductor
Calf
Pull B
Dual rope pullover/Single arm cuff pullover (I use one or another)
One arm kneeling pulldown for lats
Standing iso row for lats
Pronated grip chest supported row
Bent over row(if lower back is fine, otherwise teres pulldown will be my choice)
Posterior delt cable fly
Seated db curl
Hammer curl
Do you think that these kind of volume approach just warm ups, feeders and 1 all out set to failure is not optimal due to the dose-response relationship. I always suspect that if I lower my volume as much as possible and attack every set 100% everything will be good. Because sometimes I feel like shit when I have to go for back off due to first heavy working set.

Hi Kuba! How is your prep going? I hope everything is fine and smooth.First of all I am Mustafa Çebi who is 22 years old, lives in Turkey and pursue bodybuilding dream. I have some unique problem. I had unfortunately just been told by doctors that I would no longer be able to compete or live a normal life due to Hydradenitis suppurativa(it’s a chronic inflammatory disorder). I use humira medication, is a extremely strong anti-inflammatory TNF-alpha blocker drug) that doctors said i’d be on the rest of my life. I don’t know what to do. Can you give me a piece of advice? I cant find anyone who I can trust and work with in my country and I cannot afford hire a coach from different country due to exchange rate of dollar and inflamation in my country. The last but not the least, I tried to reach so many ”top” coaches in the industry just for a basic reply. I didn’t get any respond even more they actually didn’t understand my problem and offer some group coaching all that bullsh*t stuff. I am sorry for bad sentences if I bother someone else. God bless.
