    I forget to mention that in my Macros I include carbs from Broccoli and green beans.
    Foods I don’t include are cucumbers, mushroom and pepper I only put them in omlette at breakfast and psyllium 2 x 8 gr per day.

    Should I count carbs from veggies in offseason?

    Hi Jamie,
    I’ve got a question regarding your training split.
    I saw you did some biceps sets on push then the next day you did pull . Do you think there is a chance to perform better on pull if you dont do biceps 1 day before? Or that becaus3 biceps is a small muscle it s already recovered for the indirect activation from the back day.

    Thanks… i did my homework and yes you are right. Makes complete sense.

    So today i had a long pull workout . And i tried to do a little test. I have 300g carbs today so after 2.5h workout( yes i m lazy ) when i got home my glucose was 3.9 . So this tells me i need to eat . I ate 100g carbs 0 fat with 40g protein . My carb source was 50g coco pops and 50g basmati rice. With yamamoto enzymes and Trainedbyjp 2 Insure pills with berberine .
    In 15 20 min my glucose got to 9.5 ( tested 2 times) . Is this bad? What number should i hit? Should i add a little bit fat into the meal or just remove the cocopops and stick with rice ?

    I cant really understand if it s good after a very hard workout to digest that fast… i was thinking my body is sucking it in fast and it means my digestion is on point. But is it too fast?

    Firstly – why are you even testing this lol?? do you actually know because it seems like you don’t understand it and are just following the tren around lately that people are measuring this when there is no need.

    So 3.9 straight after workout is confirming you are training lazy yes and just depleting glycogen as after a very heavy hard workout most peoples BG read actually spikes due to the body response.

    This reading is irrelevant tho as you need to eat PWO no matter what your BG reading is saying this will come down no matter what.

    secondly why are you testing 15 minutes after eating a fast digesting carbs?? of course this is going to be super high no matter what.

    If this was being done at the doctors they would test at 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes I believe or 30 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes.

    If you digest loads of fast carbs at once – puffed rice and rice you may of well of eaten haribo in terms of the bodies appreciation of it or close enough so this is going to spike high. This is not a concern as long as it drps back down to 4-5 within 90-120 minutes is what you would be checking for.

    Thanks guys. Make completely sense… is like asking when to inject test before or after meal? ???????????????? it will still be in the system like half a day( the hgh) so wont matter. I ll do mornings and pm for now.

    Because they are afraid that the coach will check the forums and he will see. i trained with Jamie and i Trained with Jp too. both have advantages and disatvantages. there is no coach fits all .

    Well yes you re right . For me it was too hardcore i wasnt able to train and give all. I even dropped mid sessions :)) . I just find jp system of 2 sets a little bit smarter but i know this dont work for everyone either. But it s funny that no one has the courage to tell the donwsides of the coaches too

    Jamie system has nothing to do with what you find on this website… i mean get him if you want 100 sets per workout without tracking any gym progress and no logbook. It works good but only if you like his style . For example i cand do a good workout if i dont track it and if it has 5 sets pe exercise.

    I ve emailed them they dont ship to Romania either… Do they ship to Uk? If yes i ll find a store from uk to send them to me … it s very easy to check if they are fake or not as a lot of info on their website

    My blood glucose gets lower after training legs and back too… so it s a sign maybe you need a little bit more food those days? Maybe 50g more carbs ? And 50g less from days that are easier ( like if you have any “Arm” day )

    igf 1 is 10 times a expensive if it s the real one that shows on the lab test. I kind of doubt . I have the turkey one and i ll do lab test at the end of the week and i ll post here.

    Who s checking the luggage? I have never had mine opened in 100 flights. And for 1 2 vials? Lets be serious.. i m sure all the pros arr taking the gear into the luggage with them .. or worst case send them with overnight shipping dhl in a box of candies and seal the box again. So it cant get lost.

    But you can easily do a test on the hgh in the morning and it costs 30 40$ . I had bunk ones and my hgh came as 1.0 or 1.5 then with good ones came 13.3 respective 18 … so you just inject at 7:00 for example 10ui and you get to the lab at 10:00 . If it comes out near 0… it s sure it s fake.
