Thank you for the response Rich! I agree with you on quality and that’s how I’m looking at it too.
With PPL, my concern will be getting into the gym 6x a week. Knowing my schedule, I can try to stretch to 1 hour 15, but would need to stick to lifting 3-4 days / week (weekends are very tough for me to do anything in the gym).
If I hear you right, upper / lower done right would still be roughly the same amount of time as full body? If so, should I create a full body plan and work there? Or is what I shared fine to start with and adjust as needed?
Making sure I get my plan and head straight first so I can execute. Appreciate all the support.
