And thank you for one the comments all above – I have experience using dyazide but I thought I would just get peoples takes on it. I know it’s all situationally dependent:) but wondering if taking a very small amount the morning of show would be a safer option to avoid a mini rebound. Much appreciated for all the feedback.

I do not like using any D the morning of a show at all unless very specific cases and its based on past experience of using it.

I cant remember the last time I actually did it to be honest – I would not recommend 🙂

Thanks hilly – I replied but for some reason it quoted your comment

I’ve just gotten mine. It’s taken 14 months after being reffered to eventually get one. You can just buy one over the counter in the Uk unfortunately.

Really?! I was referred to sleep clinic October and after chasing up referral they said I’m on the waiting list which is normally 6-8 weeks so may need to adjust my expectations! Hope the wait was worth it for you[/quote]
Yes mate. I was referred November 2021. I had a sleep study in October 2022. Then I finally had the follow up appointment in January 2023 where they give you an appointment to go to a set up meeting where they show you how to use the CPAP. I live in Wales though, it may be different for you guys if your in England.

I definitely don’t feel as shitty waking up in the morning and I have no gasping for air multiple times anymore but I’m still getting used to it so it’s not brilliant at the moment, as it’s only been a few weeks.

200mg primo wouldn’t control my E2 enough to justify adding it in purely for that reason with the doses you have specified above.

Where as 12.5mg aromasin 2xper week would for me..

There is no one answer as it would all be individual but you’re not going to totally crush your lipids using 12.5mg aromasin 2x per week in my personal experience, but if 200mg primo dose control your E2 then adding it would probably be preferable over using an AI.

I started charging people 2 years ago – I helped others for free for years to build a decent reputation and portfolio for myself so I knew when I started I would be able to launch effectively.

When I first started I charged £40pcm- a lot of people first purchased this and fell over after a week which is frustrating putting your time and effort into something for such little turnaround.

Then I started doing 8 weeks for £99 as the people who are willing to pay a little more usually comit more and youl be able to get some decent results for marketing over 8 weeks starting off.

Different people from different areas will be more comfortable paying certain rates, but I wouldn’t worry about your income to start with – build a solid foundation for advertisement and the money will come.

I had my gyno removed 4 weeks ago in Poland. It’s around 2k and Dr Berendt is one of the best gyno surgeons around. Might be worth looking at as you’ll go general rather than local. But if you look on Reddit gynecomastia you’ll see a few people have used signature clinic with good results. Personally I’d chose Poland

I would prefer local anesthetisec to be honest – I had a pec tendon reattachment operation started and immediately stopped after I my blood pressure took a dive on the general anesthetisec. I’m paying 3k which I don’t mind – the after care is always there if needed that way also 😊

@Hilly I know this isn’t related to the post – but would bpc 157 and tb500 increase the rate of time taken to recover post surgery? Thanks

This stuff was around years ago and it wasn’t great. Seen a few tests of it being under dosed years ago but who knows now. Sellers used to push is based of the fact it has a website and scratch code authentication which in reality means fuck all lol

    Hey, no problem

    Signature clinic, Glasgow

Good luck, I only wish I’d done it sooner

    Hi mate,

How long after having the surgery we’re you lifting again? I’m looking in to getting this done with signature.

Also if glands are removed there is no need to run an AI, this Is one of the benefits of having glands removed (unless you are experiencing other high estro sides, but The amount of mast your using will control and of the other sides you may experience whilst running a TRT dose of testosterone)

You may not even need the mast to control estrogen now as the only high estro sides you might have had will now not be an issue.

Good luck on Sunday Kuba. If there a reason you’ve been in the classic lineup athlete announcements? Seen your video in your cold tub saying you’re around 8lbs heavier than last year so just assumed you were doing open. Just curious 🙂
