Test prop always used to give my pip. I avoid it now for that reason.

So if you’re on test primo and tren then just stop the tren when you finish your cut. Let the food do the rebound then add another compound if you wish like npp when you stall. t3 wise thats fine to just stop as your dose is 25mg, i use sea kelp to help with natural production. I wouldn’t bother with them clem as this won’t impact your thyroid, it may could help with the last few weeks of conditioning if you wish to add it for that. Slowly increase your food as you move into your offseason. So perhaps 5000kcal to 1000kcals initially then slowly progress, keep a moderate amount of activity for digestion and if you get too sloppy pull back for a week at a time before pushing the cals again.

My t3 dose is 50mcg, stupidly started at that amount as I’ve always been told to do so.. would you taper to 25 for a week or two or just stop totally and supplement with sea kelp until thyroid is in check? I have a medichecks thyroid plus kit here to use for when I stop the t3.
And last question…. how long after stopping the t3 and and tren would you wait to increase calories by 500-1000? I really don’t want to get fat so I was planning on upping them by like 200 at a time.
yes m8 taper to 25mg 1st for 2 weeks then off and use natural thyroid booster i.e kelp. Okay to avoid too much weight gain you can increase in smaller amounts if you wish.

Thank you mate. The initial rebound when food is increased would you drop the primo as well and just run the test at 250mg? Or would you keep the primo in and switch the primo for NPP say 4-6 weeks down the line… or just run test, primo and NPP together?
personally i would keep primo in and run the rebound. NPP can be added if you feel you stall later down the line. Both yield little side effects so perfect to run for a little longer._________________________________________

So this morning was my first day on 40mcg clen , I had been on 20mcg of a different brand for the last week but it must have been fake because my heart rate was so low… my resting heart rate is 87-92bpm. This is almost double what it has been some days. I have never monitored my heart rate before so it’s never been a concern for me. Is this common or no? @giantjohal or anyone?
Ah I’m worried about my heart rate……I know what I’ll do, add clen ????????????♂️????????♂️????????♂️
Bro drop the clen it’s clearly not worth the headache
No pun intended lol

I thought i was already taking it at 20mcg, which was why I was worried about the low heart rate to begin with, I didn’t add it today ???????? the stuff I was taking for the last week was obviously fake ???? yeah I’m gunna drop it…. head is pounding today lol -

Sleep quality comes from the whole day’s set up. Get some sunlight exposure as soon as you wake up and get outside during the day for a walk if you can. Start winding down several hours before you go to bed in the evening, turn lights down, shut off your phone and don’t watch anything stimulating on the TV. Have your last meal 1-2 hours before going to bed, don’t have any caffeine after midday, write down anything that’s on your mind and anything you need to do the next day to clear your mind. Don’t train in the evening if at all possible. Sleep in a dark, cool room. Fans can help to not only keep the room cool, but the slight noise can actually help to relax you too. Getting up for a wee is normal and ok if you can get straight back to sleep again afterwards.
I also find stacking the Supplement Needs Sleep Stack and JP Halcyon really helps the quality of my sleep, taken together 30 mins before I go to bed._________________________________________

Sounds completely normal to me ???? but if you only checked it for the first time it’s not worth a worry????
Would you all say an average of 49 over a week is normal? Some days going back a week or so it’s dropped to 46? @kamara-graham @giantjohal
Sorry to hijack this thread but my question is also insulin related and others might learn from this as well.
Basically when do you know you need to add insulin like I know you can add when ever, but after high carb diet 400g+ your pancreas will get burnt out so I’m guessing there are also signs where one can judge and add it than rather than just because I feel like I should but my body could still do it’s thing with just AAS alone. I know GH and slin are synergistic but don’t really wanna touch on GH now. Thank you guys.

This might sound like a stupid question, but just trying to learn… previously you have stated it’s 10g of carbs per 1iu of insulin. Is this just the bare minimum or is there any negative to eating over 10g carbs per 1iu? Thanks
I’m not sure I’ve stated this or certainly not saying this is how you should set it up.
You add the insulin to carb intake n work up judging how you handle things.
I can usually be fine on 7g per iu_________________________________________

Sorry mate it was someone else on an old forum I was reading.
So based on what you’ve just said , for example if you took 10iu insulin post workout, the adequate amount of carbs post workout for yourself would 70g to stop you going hypoglycaemic. My question is if you were to eat 150g of carbs instead of 70g, would this have a negative effect? Is 70g optimal for you or doesn’t it matter if you have more carbs? Does that make sense?
_________________________________________

I was definitely getting confused. Thank you mate. That explained perfectly… when you say you start on 4 and work your way up to 10, would that be a gradual process, for example upping by 1iu every week? -
