    You have a great physique but Any one Serious about making big gains n drastic changes isn’t taking these doses.
    Now if your all about being as healthy as possible n using the least to make gains then your lay out looks fine.
    It’s a joke for me lately , for the last 20 years a standard first cycle has been 4-500mg test.
    Now you have this cult of small coaches n small guys taking a health focused route to attract attention for what ever reason. This is all well n good till there 2-4 years in n complaining they havnt made the gains others have n are saying it’s due to poor quality gear these days.
    If a doctor would put n old man on 250mg every 7-10 days to make him normal why would any one wanting to be super consider that dose ?
    Again not a pop at all n there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to take the least n go slow m steady. It’s all personal opinion n choice ?

    Just a quick one mate. If I were to run tren enth instead of ace, would you say 300mg a week would be an okay dose? I used to run 400mg tren e per week, but found I had trouble with erectile dysfunction… my penis would feel almost numb and if I got an erection I would go soft half way through intercourse! Any idea what would be causing this? I was taking caber .5mg 2x per week as well

    I guess you’re correct there… I feel like my body is in a pretty shitty place composition wise at the moment though so I think I will keep the test at base line at the moment, get the body fat right down and then increase my test dose to 500mg per week when it’s time to add calories and reverse diet.     Right I’ll just put this out there.
    Fact is taking your test levels into a supra range has been shown to improve the composition n muscle mass Even in those that don’t train.
    It has been shown up to 600mg of test had no worse effect of any negative effect n lipids compared to 300mg n 150mg.
    It has been shown taking test into a certain range has a much more positive effect on muscle fibres. – 400mg plus.
    Bar cruise /Trt I see no point in taking 200-300mg test unless you are using other drugs to bump up total mg for specific reasons.

    Loud and clear.

    So I upped the dose to 250mg last week (125mg 2x per week) as I was able to have access to gym for the first time in 3-4 months ….

    I’m easing myself back in for the first month, so maybe up the test to 500mg per week after the first 4 weeks when I am starting to push a little more to avoid injury?

    I stick with the dosages I said
    Kuba raises a good point about not having strict time frames for drugs
    Changes should be made off feel, progress and the look on a whole
    By all means have a guide but this is not set in stone
    Good luck
    Best advice from me as well is stop being so over analytical of every factor, obviously do things mindfully and with caution but I can tell that your a high stress individual and this will only hold progress back

    Okay thank you Jamie. You’re right, I like to plan and have things set out to the tee or I stress, so I’ll try to relax a bit and go with the flow. Much appreciated.

    And this is this morning. 1 year 125mg test e, shit diet and shit training. (I looked much worse than this 4 weeks ago I’ve cleaned things up a lot in 4 weeks)

    Do you know we’re this puts your test level ?
    You night make more than this natural n are actually making things worse n just injecting for no reason but risk of abscess. I have seen this before to be honest.

    And in all honesty I don’t mate. I felt fine on this dose though. I just thought I would go with a standard trt dose for a cruise as my head was totally not in the zone.

    I’ve been using gear on and off for the last 7-8 years but inconsistently. (I’ll attach some picture of my physique over the last year or two, I look like fucking shit now)

    Over the last 4 years I would tend to do a 10-16 weeks cycle once a year @ around 750mg test a week, then around 400mg tren e a week, then transition into a cruise for the rest of the year and get lazy with my food and training. Last year I dropped the test to 300mg whilst cutting and noticed less sides and kept the tren e at 400mg and felt good.

    The reason for the low doses is that I’m 26 years old and just really to start a fresh as i haven’t had a growing phase is 4-6 years, only ever Got fat and cut down with gear use. So I wanted to start low, so I could progressively up the gear every year.

    For orals it’s always ideal to just use TD and give your liver a little break on rest day
