Hope this is the right place to ask this Jordan

But what is the name of this machine and do you still rate it so highly for posterior chain development ?

RDLs been kicking my ass lately, always run into problems with si joint after a number of weeks and this seems like a solid swap ?

Eveyrhjng you have listed here is smart ! And if your able to progress lifts then they will improve a lot , so then it’s about managing knee health outside of it with the supps/peptides

Have you tried igf lr3 before ? That post workout 2 x a week into quads will make a big difference

Thank you for the feedback Jordan

For sure supplementation is something I can look further into

I have some lr3 on hand too so will also try this 🙏

    Epic look!!

Show me what a previous leg day looked like

Have you also tried staying on bpc, tb500 and ghkcu Perma , and using curecoming , pycnogenol and osteo pro for knees

That’s the exact stack I’m on and my knees feel fucking unreal , literally the best I can ever remember !

    Thank you Jordan

Will try osteo pro too 🙏

Firstly a big well done on the successful season and also on building a super impressive physique.

I am also with Haider here, I dont really run rebounds any more unless some one is time restricted between competitive seasons and we need to try and grow as much as we can in a short period of time.

With the level of condition you have reached I would be very confident you could come out of this show on 300-350-400mg total drug load plus the Gh etc and make some impressive progress whole resetting health markers etc (if anything is off) and then being in a mega spot to push on into an extended growth focused cycle.

How much you choose to run during this phase is as always up to you but I do find for most then can run between 3-400mg and have all health markers bang in range by 8 weeks max if all else is on point while making a decent chunk of progress.

Get your training and food focused around the lower half – little higher GH and possibly some lantus use in there to and you’ll find you will see some excellent progress on that lower half

    @Hilly

I very much appreciate the comprehensive answer and thought processes.

    All makes perfect sense to

I like the idea of food etc focused towards lower body development
    🙏🙏

I’d base it on bloods. Prep sounds very smooth and nothing was pushed hard so if they’re good then for sure you could. but only you know the fatigue you feel. Your peeled so there will for sure be some there. That being said if you can stay close to this level of condition and run a health phase then that exit out of that would be better and longer than a ‘rebound’

    🙏🙏
    That makes sense 🙏
