    It’s a push pull legs split variation

    So if you want to do that , do it . Or do upper lower , or do full body , or do a bro split .

    Pick the one you like most .

    Does it feel good to you and are you able to consistently maintain it week to week and progress in those same perimeters? If the answer is yes, the go for it

    I progress when stoppint it and when i dont stop😅👍🏼

    Hi Nemanja, I often do this during tracking but usually on my back off sets. I think if your lifting at 100% capacity weight wise you will need to keep the weight moving so pausing in the hole isn’t really possible. I would suggest keeping the reps smooth on heavy sets and implementing this onto your lighter back off sets!

    Hi Nemanja, do you think your body can take more volume? If you think you can recover from it then yes I would say add in extra volume for lagging body parts. However if it starts to hinder your recovery and progress on your lifts then pull it back.

    JM press I often use as more iso

    For compound work I rotate between dip variations & narrow grip work

    I personally really like the close grip press. But this is definitely just going to be personal preference and what works for you
