    Stefano , very intentional , I wanted to see if I could do it . 6 plates is SO heavy , I am absolutely certain you won’t see anyone else do that ever lol 😂 . I can’t even tell you how much heavier it felt than 5 plate over head smith . If that was a barbell equivalent it would of been a big number haha

    Very happy, leg and back again tmo, filming the session which will go up here

    What are you currently doing, how long have you been doing it and how do you feel your progress is going so far?

    I kinda feel i cant progress Pull when doeing it after push, but cant swith it cuz then i cant progress pull😅

    Also I love Serbia , walk into the pharmacy and get Galenika test over the counter , amazing . ( well you could 10 years ago haha )

    yeaa galenika was OP back in the days, u can still get with with some connections😅💪🏽

    How does the other split look? Show me the exact layout ?

    My lower layout looks like
    2sets adductor
    2sets leg curl
    2 sets quad comp.
    2sets quad ext.
    2sets sdl
    calve stuff

    I agree 2-4 sets and yes definitely would do a specific exercise for rear delts for sure

    Not necessarily , the volume is based on recovery , if it doesn’t recover then do less . Start with the weakest body part always

    I’ve got one more question, would you also do some volume for rear delts? or is there no need?

    2-4 sets per body part , 4 on one body part max
