Not sure it it would fit in with your lifestyle/schedule but I’ve exhausted full body and moved onto upper lower. It really didn’t work for me. Recovery, feeling just wasn’t there. So what I have been doing is a push/pull split but including legs. So, quads included on push days and hams/calves on pull days. That works well for me as I’ve seen some progress and also allows me to easily slot Rdl’s in as I’ve always been torn between doing them on back days or leg days. This way it incorporates both. As I say may not be good for you but thought I’d share what works for me.

If it doesn’t recover I would opt for trt
Your natural production just won’t be same ever again imo once blasted and cruised.

Hey buddy, thanks for your reply, yeah I have been thinking that I won’t produce the same as I did but want to give it a crack first but am kind of resigned to the fact I’ll prob end up on trt. But never know unless you try! When I started b&c I was in the mindset of really pushing – which I still am – but despite having regular bloods and taking health supplements (love heart, vital support, krill, omegas, evening primrose, vitamins just to name a few) I recently had a health scare that made me sit back and seriously consider my options, and the only one I come to was to either be natural or trt.

As above, some don’t use the pct Protocol and recover fine.

Sorry to bump a thread that was resolved a few days back (well done all ????). But something nags me from time to time that is by no means specific to this post but reading all the comments triggered the nagging again! Jordan has said before that research confirms you can only elevate MPS every 2-3 hours. A good example he uses is that consuming BCAAs between meals is an absolute waste of time and money, it’s just adding expensive flavour to your water, as levels need to return to baseline before they can be elevated again. So, with that in mind, what is the benefit of adding EAAs/pepto pro to your intra if you are going to start sipping it an hour or so after your pre meal? This then leads on to having your post 60-90 mins after training. Again what is the benefit if you can’t elevate MPS as it haven’t reached baseline from your intra? Appreciate you’ll need the carbs but the question is specific to protein (MPS). You guys are a lot more knowledgable in the subject than me (certainly the JP athletes/educators), I’m just trying to get my head round it all. Probably over thinking it but it’s just one of them nagging things that always comes back to nag me ???? Thanks guys.

Tren in off season…. hmm, think only you can answer that. How do you cope with sides? Both mentally and physically (by physically I mean health markers). If you can keep sides to a minimum and if it doesn’t affect appetite then I see no reason why not. The they are BIG ifs though…..

Hey, if strength is progressing that would suggest your intake is sufficient, and recovery is good. What is happening with your weight? Is it creeping up? If so I would stick with the calories you’re on until body weight and strength stalls then add in small increments until you start to progress again

Absolutely love this. If the gyms are gonna be shut as long as some people say, you’ve got a good business opportunity there. Pre-make them as flat pack and ship them out lol ????

Isaac, not necessary. Try to milk as much as you can from as small a dose as you can, then when you do start to add bigger doses and more compounds you can blow the opposition away! Also, think of it like this… if you b&c for 15 years and added each blast you could be on 10g of drugs during your blast!

Don’t know about a dc stretch but what works for me is sitting on a bench gripping the underneath and leaning the opposite way
