About £150 p/w for 4. That’s for food only. Add supps to that and it’s probably £200

Jordan listed a full body split on his ig a few days ago – example exercises, rep ranges the lot. Maybe worth having a look.

What about some kind of carb powder? HBCD or something similar?

Personally I’d go for carbs to replenish as you go. Also you could have a high pro meal pre which would see you through until post

I always thought that cooled and then reheated rice (i.e Uncle Bens) increases the resistant starch which in turn makes a large proportion of it impossible to digest. On that basis cooking rice once (rice cooker) would be more nutritionally beneficial than microwave. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong though!

G2G. Always receive delivery tracking number within hours of payment. Used Rohm and Sphinx from them and both seem spot on.

Are you new to training or new to the site? If you’re a rookie trainer then maybe worth ditching the ppl in favour of a full body routine or upper lower with less volume

Interested in this. Always wondered the reasoning behind Coco Pops as the fat content per 100g is nearly 3g compared to 0.6g for Frosties. I know 3g is not exactly a lot but considering this is the meal where you want to digest carbs and pro as quick as possible surely the The less fat option is best here? Just my thinking, there’s obviously lots of people on here that know much more than I do so would love to hear people’s thoughts.

Currently Mon, Weds, Fri and Sat. So yes I train 2 days in a row once over the week – which is why I am asking about such low volume.

@Corinne many thanks for your reply. I have seen an osteopath who believes it to be a tight piriformis muscle that is impeding on the nerve. He’s given me stretches to do and has also encouraged me to carry on training. Single leg leg presses is the only quad movement that doesn’t bring on the pain – although I haven’t tried anything else for 6 weeks! Regarding full body x 4 weekly, would you say the volume I’m doing on my legs would be good everywhere else as I’ve seen such good results in my quads from it? Thanks again for your reply.

If you’ve got a good blender or food processor you can make them yourself at just the cost of a bag of rice

I would just count protein from meats, eggs, protein powders – i.e anything that has a full amino acid profile. Things like rice/oats etc don’t contain a full profile. That said, I would count it towards my total calories for the day.
