I think that RAW egg white is very poorly digested due to avidin. But pasteurised should be fine as a large amount of avidin is destroyed through the heating process (including pasteurising). Check out this link https://examine.com/nutrition/are-eggs-healthy/

Butternut squash for me. Same look / texture as sweet potato with half the calories so can eat double the amount! Win win.

Maybe blend some meals? My appetite has taken a big hit in this hot weather, so a good ‘whole’ food choice I like is Greek yogurt, egg white (pasteurized, raw) banana strawberry and oats blended in water. Gets good calories in without ‘eating’

I agree with Christoph. I currently don’t have intra as my appetite is so high I would rather eat my calories then drink them – I personally can’t wait to get home and slam 250g of coco pops or ricicles down with whey! Haha!

Hi Corrine, you suggest having chicken and rice 40 mins after first Pwo meal. Jordan has said protein synthesis is elevated after 30 mins or so and and it is pointless consuming any further protein as you can’t elevate synthesis again for at least 2 hours, so what is the benefit of having chicken 40 mins after whey? Would be interested to hear your thoughts. Cheers.
