19 yo???!
Incredible
You have massive potential so stick to upper lower, you just need a bit more of everything
Agree with jordan on this one, stay away from short cuts which will ruin you
Keep going mate!!

If high have disposable income , I’d encourage you to get a one off 1-1 session from one of the athletes on here & they can really highlight stuff for you to work on from an intensity/execution standpoint. Then all that’s left it’s to rinse the next push up for all it’s got and maximise returns
Hey Oscar, thanks for the reply. This is exactly what I am going to do m. I will defo look into the one to one sessions. Do you just message an athlete?

I try to not even think of that side of things and pretend I’m still natural as I nail every variable and the gear is just the icing on top. Also, if I’m progressing I don’t see a point in adding any more as our body can only adapt so fast. Plus it’s expensive lol . And yes will stick to upper lower I love it tbh

Quick post on how I manage bodybuilding whilst working a manual labour job (carpentry)
Build up a good relationship with your employer by working hard and being good at your work. This has allowed me to split my hour lunch break into 3x 20 min breaks in so I can get my meals in.
Make sure you meal prep all meals and even bring an extra meal than you think you will need as sometimes the job may take longer or you get stuck in traffic.
In terms of carrying fatigue into the gym, just don’t even think about it. Literally accept the fact this is your job and just crack on with your session. Your mind may be tired but your body can handle a lot more.
Hopefully worded that okay-
Cheers guys, upper tonight 🙂 -

No direkt biceps work?
Yes bud do 3 sets of them on leg days just always forget to write them in here, so they get hit 3x a week directly 🙂

Looks good to me mate, however if you’re doing 2 sets on that upper day I would personally struggle to recover. I feel there’s a few exercises you could get rid of (reverse fly as you have a rear delt row, flat press as you have incline press and pec dec and upper back pulldown as you have the t bar

First week of diet-
Starting weight-244.2lbs
This morning weight-241.0lbsJust over 3lb drop. This is okay as I am taking it slow to get lean lean. Obvs no hunger or cravings. Feel way better actually as 4k cals is just a comfortable amount of food.

Thankyou guys that means a lot 🙂
