A leg session I’m super proud off
Today I felt mentally not great and a bit down. I recently lost my brother to suicide. However, I am feeling incredibly proud that I managed to detach my feelings and emotions from bodybuilding to still progress In my leg session. This truly means so so much to me and I want to go on to make him proud so I will give my ALL to make my dreams a reality.

MemberOctober 4, 2024 at 9:12 am in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSNiall I did , I was only there until 12 and then I went to school in London , but obv holidays and some weekends back in Brighton , when I was there I trained at cheetahs which I loved , but my teens weren’t bb focused at all until I was 18 , I was training in cheetahs but I played rugby at England u16 and u18 , the school I was at was one of the very best in the uk , so it was rugby focused lifting for me , I just was still very very strong in my teens and then at 18 I went straight to Uni so I literally never went back to Brighton . I adored growing up there when young young though , and defo had some brilliant summers there
Ahhhhh cheetahs, I’ve heard it was great! Unfortunately not where anymore, phoenix gym is the main gym here now. Yeah I agree, summers in Brighton are awesome still

Diet day 2
Pull session today as my gym shut early yesterday due to short staff so had to do a push session as didn’t have tome for full upper. Increased volume slightly.

I agree with the others – I would run a cut now and focus on getting nice and lean while holding onto all the strength you can.
Then get back to growing

Due to the advice of everyone the diet starts today.
Cardio stays at 0
Food from 5200 to 4200
Steps from 6-10kWill see how I go with this and roll from there
