A leg session I’m super proud off

Today I felt mentally not great and a bit down. I recently lost my brother to suicide. However, I am feeling incredibly proud that I managed to detach my feelings and emotions from bodybuilding to still progress In my leg session. This truly means so so much to me and I want to go on to make him proud so I will give my ALL to make my dreams a reality.

    SLDL-250×7
    lying leg curl-15×15
    Hammer leg press-12ppsx15
    Paused pendulum-6ppsx16
Seated leg curl-rest pause to 30
    Leg extension-120×8
    Single leg press-9ppsx8

Not looking for any sympathy here guys, I am simply just saying I am proud of myself 🙂 Back to it tomorrow for upper and I can’t wait

Niall I did , I was only there until 12 and then I went to school in London , but obv holidays and some weekends back in Brighton , when I was there I trained at cheetahs which I loved , but my teens weren’t bb focused at all until I was 18 , I was training in cheetahs but I played rugby at England u16 and u18 , the school I was at was one of the very best in the uk , so it was rugby focused lifting for me , I just was still very very strong in my teens and then at 18 I went straight to Uni so I literally never went back to Brighton . I adored growing up there when young young though , and defo had some brilliant summers there

Ahhhhh cheetahs, I’ve heard it was great! Unfortunately not where anymore, phoenix gym is the main gym here now. Yeah I agree, summers in Brighton are awesome still

I know you grew up in Brighton JP (where I’m from). Did you enjoy living there? what gym did you train at? I personally love it, think it’s a great part of the UK

I agree with the others – I would run a cut now and focus on getting nice and lean while holding onto all the strength you can.

    Then get back to growing
