    Diet looks good apart from id have cream of rice postworkout as its faster absorption rate and also will keep u full due to volume while cutting/recomping 🙂

    Hi hilly, these were taking when i was on 4,000 cals a day, body fat levels are decent, i got super lean 2 year ago and it killed my sex drive

    hi bud,

    my post workout meal is: at 8pm

    150g chicken, 90g cream of rice, 100g blueberries, 1.5 cinnamon rasion bagel 45g jam,

    50g protien, 175 carb 8 fat,

    (carbs are rapidly releasing, super low fat also)

    my post-post is: at 10;30pm

    125g oats, 50g whey iso 30g nutbutter

    75 carb 30 protein 20 fat

    (carb are slower releasing in my post-post also)

    for me i swap my post workout meal, for the off plan meal when the body is most primed for nutrients. My go to is normally five guys as its super carb dense and digests insane for me!!!!!

    I was super lean for months, not only did it cause me to eat into muscle tissue but hormoneally it fucked me!! You dont see pros staying stage lean year round as its health damaging!! Personally when in offseason i dont blow out i train with sickening intensity and try to progressively overload my lifts. I track my calories carbs,protien and fat, and eat all clean foods. No different to prep bud!! I prefer offseason more food and look much bigger hahaha!!

    guys thanks, i think knee wraps are basically for power lifters are people probleys stronger than JP, i just want to make sure i keep my knees healthy for longevity. I have been looking at the urban lifters double ply knee sleves which think would be perfect for heavy hacks and leg press for bodybuilding.
