    Normally i have 3 litres just around meals, then my intra is 2 litres i have 2 oat meals that contain 500g water each so all round id say 6-7 litrea for me a day bud!!

    For me when i had a ‘cheat meal’ i would
    Go crazy eating all sorts of shit after my food like chocolate, ice cream and
    Cookies,

    However, for about 8-9 months my bldy just hasnt even thought about any of that stuff and to be honest i can truley say I could live with out them,

    As my body gets flat sometimes and feels it needs a boost i have a high calorie meal normally fives guys: 1 burger and a regular fries,

    This is my post workout meal
    Normally and then i just continue my normal meals as on plan,

    All these people binging on ice cream chocolate and sweets is uneeded and defo isnt going to benefit your physique in any way!!!

    Mate the reason jp and also my self advise no carbs and only pro/fat for espically meal 1 is to prevent insulin spiking. First thing on a morning is when your most likely to spike it. Therefore, as you probleys wont be training straight after meal 1 this is going to prompt a insulin spike leading to body fat gain.
    Also, it takes away how well your body can push carbs into the muscles when you need it most (preworkout).
    I have had a pro fat meal for my forst two meals for years and its insane!!!

    No sleepyness you get ater you pound a bowl of carbs as soon as you wake bud!!

    Niall you was defo right bud! Just got a tub of mutant iso and its so much nicer than Dymatize and the isofuji! Also mixes better and digests just as good.

    Got the cookies and cream bud it’s amazing! Taste great mixed with fage yoghurt also! Found it for 47 quid on dolphinfitness can’t moan its cheaper than the dymatize.

    my post workout is as follows,

    150g chicken breast,

    90gs Cream of Rice,

    100gs blueberries,

    1.5 cinnamon and raisin bagel with 45gs jam,

    sits super well, and absorption is rapid as carbs and protein sources chooses are easily digested sources and super low in fat!!

    hi bud, above I said oats are perfect for your post-post workout meal, this means the meal after your post workout meal,

    the fast digesting ones are what you should have in your POST workout meal Not POST-POST workout meal,

    Tim, I’m afford if you have been using isolate, (the easyiest digestible form of whey protein),

    then the chances of any others digesting well on you are super low, I feel you will just be wasting your money,

    try switching the whey meal to egg white, chicken etc….

    doesn’t always have to be a shake bud!!

    PS. I have used mutant isosurge for years and that’s all I use, it is problems one of the finest isolate powders out their, therefore if you cant digest this then you problem won’t be able to digest any whey protein at all!!
