    This is nothing like cream of rice at all, super grainy and tastes like ass!!

    My suggestion would be to try CSN ‘Cream Of Rice’, This is the real deal and maple or vanilla flavour is awesome,

    Texture is super smooth and tastes epic, especially with frozen fruit (Raspberries, Blueberries) On top,

    My advice by the real deal stuff, Its life changing bud!! 🙂

    Mate, many people on here will use the same term ‘if it digests fine eat’, to some degree yes but the type of food and quality still matters,

    post workout carbs like rice cakes, white rice, bagel and jam are my goes as they are rapidly absorbed by the body.

    I would suggests anything above or cream of rice is perfect.

    However, for my pre workout meal or even post-post workout meal oats are perfect as they are low GI carb and get released into the blood stream less rapidly,

    PS. who doesn’t love oats, whey and a heaping spoon of nut butter 🙂

    for me my rest days I do fasted cardio, only very light walk on treadmill, it allows for digestion to be optimal also means body can utilise your food better!!

    Hi bud, First thing I would say is that these are things your are putting in your body daily therefore, using so called ‘budget whey’ in my opinion isn’t the best at all!!.

    I only use Mutant iso surge which is a isolate and costs 54.99 for 2.2kg tub. I know its very expensive but you always have to think these are things going in your body bud.

    Many cheap protein are spiked and this means your are basically wasting your money completely.

    Bulkpowders isolate would problems be your best bet bud!!

    Try a whey blend, this is cheaper then pure isolate and contains a decent source of protein bud!!

    I have used so many isolates bud!! By far the best is mutant iso surge. Never had a issue its super super fine too. Flavours are next level and use 45gs of it in my oats for my preworkout meal and sits insane on the stomach.

    I know many of the trained by jp athletes like iso fuji too!!

    25gs peopto pro- bulkpowders

    9gs eaa’s- (1 serving of redoncon1 grunt)

    3gs EXTRA leucine, (primaforce)

    6gs citraline malate (primaforce)

    30gs highly brances cyclic dextrin- bulkpowders

    10gs l glutamine ( aji pure quality- Swanson)

    I 100% agree with big p,

    My preworkout meal is normally at 3:30pm i have 100gs oats, 45gs mutant iso surge, 100gs blueberries and 18gs nut butter,

    I sit for a hour after this meal and also ik busy making my intra and preworkout,

    Then its time to train,

    No mate the protien will not come from egg whites, it will come from the legumes, oats and lentals that are in it as there are only 10g of protien per serving.

    This is NOT A COMPLETE PROTIEN and wouldnt bother at all about counting it!!

    Hi bud, for a few years now my pre workout meal has been:

    100gs oats, 45gs isolate, 18gs nutbutter,

    This is a mixture of PRO,FAT,CARB,

    However the fat from the nutbutter blunts the insulin spike so i dont get that ‘TIRED, SLUGGISH’ crash from having a super high carb meal,

    My post workout is high carb and high Protien with as minimal fat as possible

    Ive had whitworths ground rice from morrisons, this is totally different to cream of rice,

    My recommendation is 100% cardiff sports nutrition HINT OF MAPLE CREAM OF RICE ITS INSANE, perfect as your post workout meal carb source bud
