    Over priced but they are very good. I got mine half price from myprotein. Only payed £45 I think

    Perfect size for 3 meals and any other little bits you need or shakes.

    When I only have to go to work for the day I leave at 430am and get home at 8/9pm. Keeps the cool packs cold the whole time. I use slightly bigger ones than those that come with it though.

    Mate where did you buy the other cool packs from and i will only need 3 meals as i work 9am-5pm so the 3 meal 6 pack one should work perfect

    I only ever use isolate!

    Even in offseason using a normal whey may slow digestion meaning (impact on your goal of eating food)

    I only ever use isolate, super quick digestion no impact on how fast it clears through the stomach,

    I have use so many isolates, my advice MUTANT ISO SURGE is the best flavour is imense,

    IMO many people look down on fruit and just focus on pouring sugary cereals or mountains of white rice,

    However fruit is loaded with essentials minerals and also it helps keep the digestive system running smoothly,

    ATM I have 100g of either blueberries or raspberries in my preworkout oatmeal ,

    I agree with Corinne that most of fructose gets stored in the liver and after its full we spill, therefore one portion In either your preworkout meal or postwrkout meal is optimal,

    Also fruit is delicious to! 🙂

    my preworkout meal is

    100g Quaker Oats

    45g mutant iso surge (coconut cream flavour)

    100g blueberries

    18g Chocolate orange pip and nut almond butter

    Cinnamon and pink salt taste epic, very easily transportable or to eat on the go too!!!!!

    hi mate,

    I use a stair master all last summer I feel this is not only taxing on the legs but the whole body too,

    also my legs lost their fulness and also massively effected leg training too.

    I now do stationary bike and am thinking of buying a spin bike for my house.

    the bike keep the legs full, helps them also recover and works super well for me too 🙂

    I would add more carbs or fat to your diet, I’ve been 5/6 months offseason on 4,000 calories. best thing to do is add in 150-200 calories around your pre workout or post workout.
