Evan If you are not training, then I would stick to lower go carbs, something easy would be rice cakes. Much better in my opinion than skyr yoghurt.

Jasmine rice is fast absorbed so this is fine, however my preference is something slow relaseing e.g. Oatmeal preworkout then post something rapid absorbing like rice,cocopops, and cream of rice
