I also have blueberries and raspberrys on two of my oatmeal and whey meals i find fruit helps digestion and clear the G.I tract too!!!!!

100% agree with hilly, my last off season i couldnt even look at food, this offseason is a whole different ball game, calories are at 4,000 and going down a treat. Make sure you doet suits you!!! The foods you like!!! Dont be afraid sauces like 50% reduced ketchup or hot sauce.

Ive never took breaks, sleep is top quality as i track it, total caffine a day is only preworkout caffeine, i dont drink coffe during my day or energy drinks, 2 times a week a have a stim preworkout, the other 5 times i train i have 1 coffee along side a non stim pre
