    Firstly, do not i repeat force the food thats the worst thing you can do! You have no appitite for a reason. You will have to suck the wait loss up eat food that are palatable like cereals or granola. Once the body has rested and appitite is back to normal resume training and dont go in to hard at first!!!!

    mate you need to add a fat source to your carbs, this is going to help slow down the digestion of the carbs and also help to give your body a sustained release of energy. if you don’t add the fat source your body is going to rapidly break down the carbs and cause your insulin to spike.

    Mate i do both cable with a straight bar and a incline bench, and then a dumbell booth are great

    Mate im currently lean gaining, training day calories are at 3,550 and im natural, i wait for that last meal and then bed my 9 to get ready for my first meal the next day, super crazy metabolism

    I have this and its insane:

    PRE= 125g quaker oats, 40 Whey isolate(iso 100 dymatize) 20g nut butter(pip and nut)

    POST= 150g Chicken Breast 70g Cream
    Of Rice 2 Cinnamon raisin bagels 4tsp pb2

    POST WORKOUT 2= 125g quaker oats, 40g Whey isolate(Mutant isosurge) 25g NUTS N MORE PEANUT BUTTER

    I only use a whey isolate, i use dymatize iso 100, mutant iso surge, and animal whey isolate i wouldnt use a concerntrate or normal whey as i think they harm digestion!!!!!!!

    I only use a whey isolate, i dont think normal whey is good for digestion, i use mutant-isosurge, dymatize- iso100, animal-isolate
