I would not do this as you are blunting the needle every time you push it through the rubber.

I simply set up 1ml insulin syringes with each peptide in and re use that until its all gone. So I will for example use the Mots C needle 10 times with no issues at all and it makes it very easy

Not quite understand the part, use it for 10 times with same needle

Do you mean, you have a separate syringe for each peptide, and each syringe will use it for 10 injections with same syringe with also 10 withdraws ?
So i backload the insulin pins with the peptide mixture so there is 1ml in each 1ml syringe. I then use it until its ran out.

So if my Mots C is 1mg per 10iu and there is 10mg/100iu in the insulin pin then it gets used 10 times.

the needle never goes through the rubber stopper. I use a normal needle and syringe to mix and draw it all out, I then remove the plunger on the insulin needle and inject the mixture that way. Then replace the plunger
I get it now. Thanks a ton Hilly for explaining everything

personally I would start with the GHK and see if you get a good response from it and then transition to the Glow or Klow blend.

    2000mcg daily of GHK

Got you Hilly ! Thanks so much

Hey buddy, is this 1700kcal with no off plan meals? So no additional calories elsewhere? You want to increase calories from 1700kcal, I’d look to increase 200-300kcal

Hey Phoebe, previous cut yes, no off plan until only when is needed would say around every 4 weeks or 5 weeks mark have just a Refeed meal at that time. I did 1700 kcals until around 9% end of 2025 it was 62.5 kg.

After new years catching up with the fam and friends, my weight slightly moved up to 65 range, and Iโ€™m just ballpark around 2000 kcals

Hiya Nicholas, sounds to me just from reading the above that what you describe for stance A is something you feel stable and powerful with so I’d opt for that. I wouldn’t stress too much about the ‘perfect’ stance to take. As long as you’re getting as much knee flexion (without pain or mobility issues), can progress the movement and enjoy it you’re good ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

Got you Maddy, was trying to upload a picture for reference but Iโ€™m unable to upload into this thread

But thanks a lot for the input

    Hello Nicholas ๐Ÿคฉ

    Amazing congratulations.

Agree with the others, for your shape : you don’t have any idolated weak point if it makes sense, you are well balanced ! The only weak point you got is related to “Time”

You need more mass everywhere, more density, and preserve the small tiny waist you got, so training abs yes; but never super heavy, and then the condition need to come in much better with more muscle.

Thank you so much Allison โ˜บ๏ธ

Huge congratulations for the first comp!

    For me

A lot of midsection work is needed as it’s a MUST for this class – core control work and abdominal training

Then it’ll be that all things need to grow, there’s no blaring weakness other than you just need a lot more mass everywhere, even into your lower to still keep the taper that’s needed in men’s physique there

So a well rounded plan to ensure your entire physique steps forward is neededn

    Got you Meg!

So grateful to have all these feedbacks that gave me clear direction to work into it ๐Ÿ™

Well done Nicholas on your first show, I hope you enjoyed the experience. It’s good that you are focused on improving and asking the right questions to move forwards from here.

How are you from a mindset standpoint? Do you think you could continue diet for a short period longer say 6-8 weeks to get leaner? If so I would do this as then when you move into your growth phase you will be able to really capitalise on growing lean muscle tissue.

In this time you can make any adjustments to your training plan / split – to get used to what will help you going into the off season to maximise progress.

Well done again, I think you smile says how much your enjoyed the process!!

Thank you for the feedback Marc, highly appreciated a ton,

I actually feel motivated to keep on progress and improve my physique, mindset wise im in a good spot where im happy to go deeper and progress. And I donโ€™t mind at all to take your advice to diet down another 6-8 weeks to get myself leaner than this condition, so that Iโ€™m at a good spot for setting up my off season and do some adjustment on my off season.

Thanks Marc ! Literally enjoyed every second on the stage !

Also in agreement – your structure is good, you just need more muscle all over and a good chunk more fat off.

    Got you Hilly !

Hey! Congratulations on your first show! Overall muscle everywhere needed, back width & thickness, shoulders, chest, arms, for a nice top line and taper. With more muscle better conditioning will come. Look like have a very nice foundation to grown from, keep at it ๐Ÿ˜„

Thank you Phoebe for the feedback, this is very valuable for me ๐Ÿ™
