Thanks Sasan. Got delivered today, much better than the in ear ones I had originally ordered. 👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks mate. I’ve ordered Sony <b data-feature-name=”title” data-template-name=”title” style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>WH-CH720N over the ear with ANC for just under £100 few of the guys at my gym have them so assuming they work pretty well at keeping the noise out.
Where do you get your covers from?

@bigbenchriche just to update, got them but have sent them back, the music is pretty loud at the gym I train at and when I tried them at home I could still hear the tv so they won’t be any good for the gym. I’m gonna go for some over ear ones and get some sweat covers

Got them on Amazon for £99 when they had them on offer. Only got them this weekend so will try out next week.

I went middle of the road in price and went for these:

Either that or the power beat pros

Thanks guys. I was looking at the Bose QuietComfort II In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds. They look to be pretty good all rounder. And from reviews will block out the music in the gym too.

Upper push dominant days i do 531 for incline press, upper pull dominant I use it for rows, and the lower days is belt squats (as disc in my lower back are shot) and currently reverse hyper in place of deadlifts (again back)
I always go for a pr on the final set, so AMRAP to failure. Works great. Used 5/3/1 for years and have ALWAYS increased my strength and size using this method.

I had them work great but they broke after 2 years of minimal use, maybe I got unlucky.

I’ve heard they are great, but I’d be worried about wearing them in the gym, I’ve read they aren’t sweat proof?

Thanks Jordan, I will have a look on Amazon. 👍🏻

Thanks guys.
Thanks for sharing Louis, although I wouldn’t wish injury on anyone, it’s good to here someone who’s been in the same position.
I went to the gym today and just did the Pilates exercises my physio gave me last time along with bodyweight circuits of squats, press ups and chins, followed by the assault bike. I’ll walk the dog tonight and just keep doing this each day until my doctors appointment on 17th

Thanks for the replies.
I’m planning on working on a train what your can, leave what you can’t basis for a few weeks and hopefully that will start to ease things.

Cheers all. Take some of these already but need to have a look at the tbjp natural stack.
Better get my letter off to Santa.
