    I personally use 3 caps ( 1 serving ) max per meal – so if I’d go for 1 cap per 50g

Yeah was wondering because I rarely eat a meal containing 150g carbs in one hit and thought 3 caps seems a bit over kill – thank you, will stick to one cap per 50g carbs

Yes, but use very sparingly as tolerance and dependence are very real and a living hell. I only use when I have gone a full night already without sleep. Can get a metallic taste in the mouth, but thats insignificant compared to addiction. For very short term use only IMO.
Have you heard of promethazine (25mg) -Phenegran, a 1st generation antihistamine, can get a box of 56 for 8/9quid in boots. Non-addictive unlike zopiclon. May improve sleep latency (nodding off time). Consult your pharmacist who may point you to diphenhydramine (nytol) but that only works for a few days.
    Hope i have been helpful
    Regards
    Andrew

Thanks for your reply, yeah would be short use, I’ve just changed jobs and now have very early starts and am struggling to change into my very early bed time on my first shift in and need something to help me nod off, I feel zopiclone would
Maybe be a bit extreme… however I have managed to order some sominex from
Chemist which i believe would be similar to phanagan

Double ply knee sleeves by strength shop wash fine when thrown in washing machine with all your gym stuff on a normal cycle, it kind of resets them almost, feels like they tighten up slightly, like almost the same as when you bought them 🙂

Out of interest – I noticed there are a few gym Owners on here, do gyms according to government guidelines have to have a booking in system? Have the government said this HAS to happen?
I personally will be leaving it a few days as I can imagine my gym
    Would be absolutely ram packed

I think the point of the booking system is to prevent them being packed mate….[/quote]
I understand that, but that’s not what I’m asking, I’m asking if the government has said to gym owners that they HAVE TO HAVE a booking in system or if they haven’t said anything about it

Thank you for your responses, would would you say would be a good idea for a starting dose for a male at around 90kg (ish)

    ——
Just take the minimum and increase a capsule every couple of days if you don’t experience any unwanted side effects until you reach your maximum dose. The primaforce ones come in 2.5mg capsules.

@jimmytonk1 & @haider-mehdi thank you, what doses would you take them at? Also I’d assume taking them pre a meal

    Containing 50g+ of carbs?

Forgive me @rmartin92 for if it seems I’m hijacking your thread, but, I’m curious, @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen do you mince chicken breasts too? Also would you mind providing a link to the mincer you use? Many thanks ????

    Slipped L4/L5 here
Had months of grief with this..
Look up Mackenzie technique, also order back mechanic book by Stuart McGill and follow it through.
    Remove any exercise that hurts.
Take some time off training too. I had 2 months off under order of my chiro then gently returned.
I found lying in prone position and doing prone press ups really helped, literally couldn’t walk for some time, crawling around the floor in excruciating pain. Doc put me on amitriptyline and co-codamol – don’t do this, worst drugs ever, totally messed me up never again. Just do the Mackenzie stuff and all the steps in the stu McGill book.

Thanks mate will look into them! Ah I’ve been in low dose co-codamol for like a month… sick to death and bored of having a sore back… ????

    Hi ????
    Thanks @louis-moylan for tagging me..
Few things you can do at home if you can’t get treatment –
Heat and cold therapy will help relieve muscle tension and pain.
    – apply heat in a morning or prior to stretching/ exercise and during any pain
    – Use cold therapy after stretching/exercise
Warm showers and baths may also help on an evening
Any exercise should be low impact whilst there is pain
If pain is more severe water based activity could help
    Sleeping –
Use a pillow under your knees to help relieve tension in your back
Or lay on your side with a pillow between your knees this keeps your spine straight and hips balanced.
Are you doing any mobility, stretching or have any rehab plan in place this could really help right now..

Thanks for your response – I’ve been trying to gonout in the mornings for abit of a jog/walk to try to help “loosen up” and tbh feels a lot better once I’ve finished, I will try the hot and cold therapy – not tried the cold one, I’ll definitely give that a go

Will also try the pillow between the knees, good idea!

With regards to mobility I try to do as many stretches as my back will allow, not really a rehab plan as such….

I’m a full time delivery driver (40-60 hours a week…) unfortunately sitting down for long periods of time is simply unavoidable as that’s part of my job
