I used to do 10 raw egg whites a day. Never had a problem – used to blend with toffee flav drops from
Myprotein. Tasted good too. -

You could make your own and actually potentially save some Money
Whey (whatever flavour I like banana best)
Oats
Nut butter
Full fat milk
Banana
You could also add some sort of oil (EVOO…) for healthy fats and added kcals

I found (at least for me) that once I’ve Woken up I neck a litre of water and make my way to the gym, consume my pre workout and have 25g HBCD and EAAs as my intra, this does me just fine ????

Hi kuba, I’ve ended my minicut now and added in 40-50g carbs too, I’m curious as to know, what did you do with regards to cardio? Eliminate it completely? Or keep training and cardio exactly the same and just add in the 50g carbs in?

I’m running the exact same
Split currently – strength is at an all
Time high but find my hamstrings are lagging! I’ve added a loading set and back off on lower days with a top off for hamstrings only -
Thanks all – how would I know when to increase? Scales not moving or go visually or indeed logbook not progressing…?
