busy day today but a good one. bloodwork done this morning along with an immune system iv drip, especially as i have been unwell recently, very much needed ahead of me travelling to las vegas next week to support kerry competing at the olympia. todays training session was hamstrings, quads – 1 exercise, glutes and calves. i am now working with patrick tuor, so a different way of training to what i was doing before but i am really enjoying it. its working well for my routine currently especially with going from 5 to 6 meals timing wise my sessions are shorter but just as effective as before
Do you think you could post your full diet and training sessions/ program now!

Hey Kuba I know you steps may be low now but in the off season how many walks do you normally do daily and for how long is each one? Like do you go after every meal or how do you normally spilt up your steps?

Just under 258 today so down a bit. Definitely feel leaner today finally. Chris happy.
ALSO Chris added 12.5mcg t3 for now to push things along first time I’ve used any t3 since February during the Detroit prep
Yesterday I had a bad lower back all day. Maybe slept funny but it’s been quite painful so today instead of glutes and hamstring I trained arms. And really
Enjoyed it. Send felt huuuge by the end. Went very light on triceps since I’ve done them already
Might throw this day back in , I don’t think the 2 leg days are benefiting me anymore and rather hurting my recovery / knees : making my lower back very tight
Just did 30 mins cardio on the treadmill after meal 3. Answering some client emails and watched a YouTube video on watches
Tomorrow is rest day. Checking in with Chris every day right now

Do you ever take t3 or t4 in the off season? Or do you ever know anyone or clients that do that? Is there a point to take t3 or t4 in the off season if it helps keep metabolism up and helps to stay leaner while pushing food.

Also by evening do you mean postworkout or just later in the day between meals?

Also when did you start working with Dean, what lead you to wanting to work with him and how has it been? I know its been more of a collaborative partnership or has Dean mainly make the final calls on everything?
