Hey Marc idk if you have answered this but does Pat write out your exact sessions?
Or does he just say for example do 8 sets of back and 6 sets of biceps in this workout, and you just pick whatever exercises you like?

Plus are the morning planks to help keep and get a smaller waist and to prevent any type of gut?

Hey Marc what does your heart rate to during your cardio sessions?
Also on your meal plan does Pat give you options? For example for you pre workout meal can you do chicken,rice and olive oil instead of COR, whey and almond butter?
Or does he only give one option of protein fat and carb for each meal

But last question is do you take any digestive enzymes with any meals if so which meals do you like to take them with?

Also do you always train after the same amount of meals? If you train after 2 meals do you move the COR meal to meal 2 or do you always keep the 6 meals in that order written?

busy day today but a good one. bloodwork done this morning along with an immune system iv drip, especially as i have been unwell recently, very much needed ahead of me travelling to las vegas next week to support kerry competing at the olympia. todays training session was hamstrings, quads – 1 exercise, glutes and calves. i am now working with patrick tuor, so a different way of training to what i was doing before but i am really enjoying it. its working well for my routine currently especially with going from 5 to 6 meals timing wise my sessions are shorter but just as effective as before
Do you think you could post your full diet and training sessions/ program now!

Anyway you could post your new diet and training set up in here now? I know Patrick is very detailed and specific with things as I have worked with him before and plan on working with him again now! 😀
