Hey Jay just curious what your meals look like as far as foods in each meal?
Hey buddy, so it’s pretty basic. I’ll list below:
M1 – 3 eggs, 300ml egg whites & 100g green beans
M2 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries, 20g dark chocolate
M3 – 90g COR, 60g vegan protein, 150g berries
M4 – 200g chicken, 260g rice, 100g green beans
M5 – 200g lean mince, 260g rice, 100g green beans
M6 – 60g vegan protein, 20g dark chocolate [/quote]
Nice what meal do you normally train after? Also do you any shakes around training or just an intra?What do you put in the shakes if you do any or what do you put in the intra if you just do an intra?

Awesome day today at PCA Wolverhampton with my client winning his class in his first ever show. Long day with a lot of driving again. And same again next weekend back up north for the 2bros pro q. Busy week ahead with client photo shoot so looking forward to that.
Busy busy week so need to be productive and stay ontop of everything especially with the new diet being more food! Got lots and lots to eat 😂
Would love to see your training and diet written out now?
Also any tips on meal prepping or being prepared when eating 6 meals a day and lots of food while working a 9-5?

Gotcha! Excited to see your plans for the offseason I saw on your story that the plan has been set today! Your food already looks so high lol I know you have always said you have to eat a lotAlso interested to see what your spilt and training will look like and whats your main focus is on to improve the most!

Hey I just saw you full day of eating on your story! Just curious is your protein always that low with only 125g cooked in each meal?
Also do you only ever put added fats in meal 1 and 6 and is there a reason you do that?

Legs today for me
Trained after 3 meals as was training with a client and had another solid session
Strength has shot up and still in a deficit so that’s a win there
Tomorrow will be a rest day

Also I am looking for variety in protein sources but I dont like fish or salmon! I was wondering does Patrick give you another option on the plan to swap the salmon for another source for that meal?
No zero need for any changes yes as we’re in health phase. Not looking to gain/grow yet just maintain and get healthy.
So many options man
Any white meal chicken, turkey etc… steaks, eggs, egg white, protein powder. Those are pretty much my protein sources plus salmon obv. [/quote]
Yeah like do you think if I have salmon assigned for one of my meals would 96/4 ground beef be fine to replace for that meal everyday?I saw you had salmon on your meal 5 and I know Pat always gives options for each meal so I didnt know if he gave you a couple options that may have the same macros as salmon?
