For me , the dose in lowering to would be what I have spent the last 18 years cruising on when I do cruise . ( 400 ish total )

So I know I can run 400 total for like 80 percent of the year and probably have 20 percent at 150 total and that will see my blood work fine .

I think your reading into my comment like it was some kind of magical idea 😂

400 total from test / primo for majority of year , 150 total from test / mast for some of the year
