Looking great haider!!! sounds like things are clicking at the end of prep. you’re at the home stretch man. And making me really wanna go get sushi HA! Also – if you have time, i have a few Qs for you:
in terms of t3/t4, do you feel like you flatten out from use at those doses (50/150)? or flatten out any doses?
what is your taper off method for t3 after prep?
do you keep t4 in with gh use?
and you have amazing abdominal development – what are you go to exercises and tips for abs? thanks!

My mistake – thought you had more clients doing PCA versus NPC.
So PCA is viewed as more of a step before NPC/IFBB?
-
Question for you Kuba since you have a ton of clients competing in the PCA
How is the PCA viewed in the UK in comparison to the NPC? It is not super popular here in the USA, as the NPC has a stranglehold on the competitive market right now. But it seems like the PCA is even more popular in the UK than the NPC. Also – how is it seen being a PCA pro in the UK versus IFBB pro? Thanks!

Hard to argue with guys like you having an arm day when your arms are huge haha!
Sushi sounds great – inspiring me to get some this weekend. What are your favorite types/rolls etc?
-
how often do you come down to cruise doses, and for how long?

Congrats D – you looked amazing. your time will come

Sup bro, Can you ask me a question about load? In the first session I made a series of rdl 175×11= 1925 kg of load. In the other session I increased to 181x 8= 1448kg of load, is this form of progression wrong Given that I progressed the load but the volume reduced?
You can be sure you have progressed when either (1) you can use the same weight but have added reps, or (2) you have performed the same amount (or more) reps but added weight.
You have done neither. so its hard to say..
Also – this is Kubas log. ask you Q on the forum. it waters down his thread.

enjoy the rest, you are looking SHREDDED!

Hey Jord –
Are you still a fan of zig-zagging exercises? I know you don’t do so currently have not not in a while. Just curious as I scroll through your older logs.
