I am super excited to follow your transition to double-split training sessions!!! Maybe i will learn some tips for myself! I train this way almost every day, but dont mention it much on here since most people are religious about a lower volume PPL routine lol. it fits my lifestyle since i work for a software company and sit/rest at my desk all day, and i LOVE training.
I often do a similar split to you, where it is
1- Chest, Abs / Delts, Traps
2 – Back / Arms
3 – Quads / Hams, Calves
or I will follow a push pull legs setup:
1 – Chest, Abs / Front+Side Delts, Triceps
2 – Back / Traps, Rear Delts, Biceps
3 – Quads / Hams, Calves

MAN that is a LOT of food! I dont think theres anyway i could eat all that especially on a rest day. ive never had a big appetite lol but damn. the breakfast and the burger would put me down for 80% of the day.
Reminds me of those old juan morel 20k eating videos. that man can EAT. bottomless pit
I guess part of being a good bodybuilder is just being able to eat a ton of food right?

Chris seems like a great coach and even better guy. he always makes me laugh when i watch him in videos or interviews. you guys made a great team. would love to see you guys link up for another run! and hopefully a USA show is in your future. maybe something in Vegas eh 😉 i plan to go to the Olympia this year and i know you at your best should be on that stage!

Looking great haider!!! sounds like things are clicking at the end of prep. you’re at the home stretch man. And making me really wanna go get sushi HA! Also – if you have time, i have a few Qs for you:
in terms of t3/t4, do you feel like you flatten out from use at those doses (50/150)? or flatten out any doses?
what is your taper off method for t3 after prep?
do you keep t4 in with gh use?
and you have amazing abdominal development – what are you go to exercises and tips for abs? thanks!

My mistake – thought you had more clients doing PCA versus NPC.
So PCA is viewed as more of a step before NPC/IFBB?

Question for you Kuba since you have a ton of clients competing in the PCA
How is the PCA viewed in the UK in comparison to the NPC? It is not super popular here in the USA, as the NPC has a stranglehold on the competitive market right now. But it seems like the PCA is even more popular in the UK than the NPC. Also – how is it seen being a PCA pro in the UK versus IFBB pro? Thanks!
