Yes you can of course take your bloods now to see were E2 is. However this is not going to give an indication of were it is going to hold as that EQ dose is going to take another 21 days and more before it stops having a puling effect on E2

so I would get done now and then get done in another 3 weeks so 5 weeks out- 10 weeks out and see were E2 Is to compare what’s going on

Thank you my friend, always on point with the answer, will definitely pull them on the next monday and in another 4 weeks ish!

hi jordan, i will set up my U/L split after my shows (not right now i will mess up everything) so the idea is to do all chest first, all back later in the upper session. would you consider dividing upper 1 and 2 to target different areas? like upper one more chest focus and lat focused and upper two more shoulder focused and upper back focused? or just crank up the same exercise and fuck it we ball? 🤣
Ask on the forum mate in the section “Training”.

What do you mean by next step of progression split?

I’m happy to help, I’m just not sure I understand what you’re wanting to get here

Hello my dear and thx for replying 🙂

I was trying to re frame what Jordan was saying in his latest post on IG were you need a good chunk of muscle maturity and density before moving your 3 sleep rest Upper/Lower programming to an advanced split.

I wanted to know if I was fit to do so.

The UL frenzy is hitting the popularity of programming and indeed it works but just wanted to know what split I should work on WITH the pictures that I’ve tried to post here.

So i’ve put my IG to amalyze my weaknesses cuz I can’t analyze myself AND wanted to know Jordan and you guys POV.

BUT he just dropped a video and maybe the answer is within it!

Sorry for my lack of word and misunderstanding here 🙂

How close to the site are you injecting – could you shoot IM further away and it not hurt?

Your not injecting directly into the injury site are you?

My wifey is a nurse and was only shooting in the outside middle. The pic is where the injury may be along the tendon.
If you want to be competitive you’ll need to track your food and/or have a plan set via coaching.

Again, I highly recommend to you to tidy-up (get lean lean) and recomp to respond better and then with the set plan bump calories slowly and build a solid base.

    Brick by boring brick.

    🙂
